I think this is a manga everyone...okay, everyone who likes shoujo manga should read!

the overall manga comes along very nicely, I simply cant get enough.
What sets it apart is that the female lead isn't stupid and thoughtless, she's brave and can fight. She doesnt go crying for help, and the 2 guys both genuinely care for her, its not a pretty teenage manga, I think its heaps more than that.

However, it is nothing to get all "HOLYCRAP" over. There are much better series out there.

It is good, I will admit. I really enjoyed it. It's not, however "OMGGGI'LLDIEWITHOUTIT". I've read better series.

The beginning was rather good, but then it got... bleh.

The art is really well done (although i'm a little disappointed with how the anime preview of this has been drawn as the manga looks a lot better). The storyline is quite good, and characters have a lot of depth and background. Can't wait for the next chapter! (however, i must say: since the mangaka has stated that she wanted this to be a "tragic vampire story": i'm just hoping it won't go downhill in later chapters)
Edit: Downgrading my rating of this considerably as the past year of released have turned a well crafted story into a commercialised work that simply aims to drag as long as possible.

I really enjoy reading this manga
it has a sort of dark feel but that's how i like it.
i love the art, i love the characters, and i love the plot.
can't wait for the next one to come out!

At first when you see something new it doesn't seem all that special to you if you have only heard about it. But when you take a closer look lets just say its like love at first site. I thought this book was going to be like one of those books that no one will ever talk about or know. But for some reason as I was reading them I started noticing little avatars and pictures or Website backgrounds representing Vampire Knight and I guess it has grown and progressed quite alot in the Fame origin. You see it everywhere. Let's just hope it turns out for the best. But when it becomes really famous just remember that we were the founders of Vampire Knight...

i started reading this book from shojo beat and i loved it i think it was the best i read from the magazine i read it over and over.i couldn't wait until the next chapters come out

this is the best manga that i've read. heh, it's my fav. i mean come on- very cute vampires and the story line is engaging, the art work is very good. i recommend that its one to read for sure ^u^

the drawings are SMEXY HOT! and I dream about getting a vampire's kiss every night. i cant decide on either Zero or Kaname because both of them are important to me!
