Description
Natsuru Nanao, a 6th grader who lives alone with his mother, strikes up an unlikely friendship with the reserved and driven Rio Suzumura. Natsuru plays hookey from soccer camp that summer, and instead of telling the truth to his mother, he spends all his time with Rio and her kid brother at their rickety house, where a dark secret threatens to upend their fragile happiness.

Tragedy? fffffffffffffffffffffff I hate tragedies. If I wanted to watch something tragic I'd turn on the news. man, she'll probably get sick and die in the end and we'll be all "uplifted" when he gets over her or some crap. goddamned tragedies. And it's started out so well too :/

Awesome manga, totally free of cliches, very fresh, good plot (I'm intrigued and can't wait what happens next-- although after two chapters I do have some idea), nice clean art. The characters are very interesting and realistic; I generally dislike kids (thus I rarely read stories that revolve around elementary school kids), but I love this manga's characters... And the girl's brother is so cute! Both of the main character are mature for their age, but not unrealistic.

I think this is going to be a nice, light, and sweet romance manga. It's set with elementary kids, so it's probably going to be more of an emotional manga. I think the idea of a secret is interesting, but judging from the chapters it's hard to gauge where it's going to go.
It's a really calm manga with just the right amount of mystery and coming-of-age aspects. The two main characters are very likable. It's a page-turner.
The art is great and the pages aren't flooded in dialogue. Highly recommended.
