i was just reading chapter 1, i was all like "eurgh, annoying main character" then Akira enters who is cool, pretty and nice and i was just in awe with her *cough* and then at the end of the chapter, BOOM! you find out he's a guy.

i literally gasped and then i just LOL'd because i so did not expect that!

Love the art, love the plotline and LOVE LOVE LOVE the characters! Especially Akira, the blonde gender bender! Is it strange that Akira looks freaking beautiful as a girl then a boy? Hmm

Even if it's to make her a 'believable' character, her little tantrums about how weird the other students are, quite honestly, irritating. Maybe because I do not mesh well with this types of people in real life. These types of people who think that attaining amazing scores or grades in school allows them the right to station their pursuits above others when such pursuits can result in a life with a lot of success but very little meaning. Asami thinks she's 'right' in her opinions towards her weird peers, but it reminds me of when the Europeans came to America: they had little regard for the natives and their actions reflected as much. To me, Asami seems like just another dull bulb in the world, flickering enough only for herself, with little illumination for others.

I felt a little disturbed with myself since the exact moment Akira popped up I knew he was a guy. My bishie detector is creepily accurate. being able to detect hot guys from 40 yards off is useful, but I wish I could tell when a guy is gay..... I literally can never tell, it's my one weakness.

Anyway art is beautiful! Tanakamori is believable and gets better. She's overly concerned with her own appearance but doesn't judge others by theirs when she has a clear head. (Pretty sure the first few chapters were just her being pissed off.) Akira seems not to know distance, but it isn't major YET. Also I love Akira's mantra!!!!

I can comfortably rate it a ten, now.

from the beginning i was attracted to that very beautiful gal....who turn out to be a guy!! and i was like 'what the?!' as for the gal...i find tat she quite plain compare to Akira...overall this manga is nice...

All the manga reminds me to Dr. Slump in shoujo mode, but what is weird is the servant master relationship, is like a bad mode to have a romantic plot, I dont know i read a few chapters and drop it almost from firts one and I usually read all I got in my hands until the end. Maybe I lack of the sense to understand it but I really didnt feel nothing special from this manga.

is so hot. I'm not even kidding. He's hot as a guy, and freaking GORGEOUS as a girl. And I love everything about him. But the other girl, can't seem to remember her name ... she some times gets on my nerves but not to the point where I'd completely drop this story. I love the art, and I don't care if other people don't like it. Overall, I enjoy this manga & can't wait for the next chapter to come out!

The class is awesome! The end of chapter one when someone's gender was revealed I went "Sh*t! then ROFLMFAO" I didn't expect that at all. I find the art beautiful well it can't be helped if some people disagree

True true, Akira is damn vain! Haha.

This one isn't one of my favourites at all. Really. The art is horrible, these big eyes aren't very beautiful and I think, Maki-sensei did a "step back" in her arts. It looks so shojo-plushy-like since Taranta Ranta but it's becoming more and more bad in Shouri no Akuma. I always loved her arts, but now...urrgh...! And the story is very boring. The characters are mainstream, not individual at all. I'm sorry for that comment, but this is a typical shojo-thing for little girls. Sorry.

It's difficult to find a story completely original and unpredictable to the max, so it's in the delivery of the story that we might find that an overused plot can seem original. Come on, did everyone guess that heroine no. 1, the beauty of the school, was actually a crossdresser? To boot it off, he's a very vain, unconventional guy.

It's also ironic that heroine no. 2, who is the most normal girl in the school, is really the odd one out in a school where weird is normal.

It's like a regular high school shoujo story, but with a few twists that keep it interesting enough.
