Okay, this was my first sibling love one, and it is sure as hell my last. I got to Chapter 7 and stopped there. Honestly, I may not have a brother, but this was just ridiculous. Not to mention that the protagonists were absolute idiots, and the brother was a total pervert.
This manga gave me a migraine and a sickened feeling :I

After reading the description I thought that I would really like this series. But I find it to be really annoying!! Iku really grinds my gears!! She's stupid and so naive. No wonder Yori had to move away to protect her. Left alone, she'd give away their secret and they'd have been discovered a long time ago. SIGH I mean I do think that she's cute sometimes, but over all I just can't get over how stupid she really is.

But anyway, I jut wanted to voice my frustrations of her. Go ahead and give it a read :-D

It's a good story, one of my favorites but you might have to rethink how you view love. Yori and Iku relationship is a very passionate love, if you can't handle it then don't read it. Also, from a religious view point, if God created the world with Adam and Eve, then He allowed incest when their children "populated" this world. But if you believe in evolution then even monkeys indulge in incest. LOL.

I only found this story because it was one of the recommendations for "Flowers of Evil"...

I did not read it for the art. Not at all. The art is terrible and just plain ugly. It did not fit the plot at all and those chins—*gag*

As for the storyline, I had expected it to be better executed. It's completely unnatural and the pace is just not fitting. The story just jumps into scenarios; it's as if the mangaka thought up of great moments and threw them in without much thought of how it'll turn out. I didn't like it all.

The characters are annoying. They're all so spontaneous that it's unnatural. Also, the twins look nothing alike and their hair and eye color are different from one another. The side characters are cheap. It just added onto to my dislike of the story.

Overall, don't mind if you miss this. I swear, you'd much enjoy "Flowers of Evil" rather than this.

this is really creepy and very disgusting .. not only the fact that it's sibling love .. but I don't know..!! it's just disgusting .. every time I see this I would be like ewwwwww .. I dropped this after volume 2
you know I've read sibling's Love manga before before but it wasn't like this !! Egggh

I strongly recommend not to read this .. there is many manga out there deserve your time more then this

Apart from that... wierd and creepy and that's nothing against the incest issue because at least Angel Sanctuary was better. And why is the guy such a stalker, and why is she so weaaakkkk?

There's femininity and then there's stupidity...

I don't understand anyone's motivations. that I can't sympathise with him at all. And she's so weak and snivelly that I'm not invested in any of the major characters. Nevermind the best friend who's .

Having said that - it was so bad it was good. In a tacky way. I'll give it a 6 because at least I managed to finish all of it.

I really feel like they're not brother and sister in reality though (I know they were said to be twins, but it's a shoujo manga, anything can happen). I think they're actually cousins or something. I'm pretty sure that you can legally marry your cousin in Japan.

Seriously, I was so mad when I was reading the part that they got caught and Yori had to kiss his ex-girlfriend. Then, I was shouting at the top of my lungs... EFFFFFFFFF.

Now, I must say that I am satisfied. There are three volumes left... I'm so excited to actually finish this. Hopefully, they'll scanlate it until the end. love you scanlators <3

The story is pretty cliche and hits all the stops for overdramatic shoujo romance, with the main "feature" being an incest theme to set it apart. But what really bothered me was that there was a lot of really dark sorts of things going on related to the incest without mention. I don't mind (you could even say "like") incest themed stories when the incest is actually addressed and not brushed away or treated as any other normal relationship. In <i>Boku wa Imouto...</i>, it's hardly addressed at all, except to provide more drama of "oh noes we can't be together ". It's frustrating to read and hard to enjoy. The sister manga to this one, while equally melodramatic, worked much better.

It doesn't help that the main girl has hardly any personality and absolutely no backbone or ability to stand up for her own interests. I don't like either of the main characters in the least.

Also, and this is even more subjective on my part, the art style is pretty awful. The main guy Yori is downright scary in appearance, particularly because of the strange way the eyes are drawn. I could never quite get used to the style.

I stopped reading after the fourth volume, because I didn't care anymore what happened.

Something special about this manga is that it shows both the girl's and guy's perspective on the matter, their feelings, etc.

Erm, I enjoyed it at the start but later it starts to get boring. At the start, Iku was a bit clumsy, slow, and is cute at times. But later, (after Yori leaves) she starts to become a really annoying girl, who cries cries cries. I'm absolutely disgusted by her. Congrats, she had successfully became a typical shoujo manga lead who cannot protect herself, and whining + crying is her forte.

The incest theme isn't very strong, and the smutty areas was alright.

Overall, it was good, and things are getting interesting..

Of my manga preferred, after uwasa no midori-kun! and zetsuai/bronze, goes east manga, ENCHANTS to ME, is brilliant, too much smut at the outset (the 3 first volumes) later practically does not have, great drawing, great form to explain the feelings in each page, Iku is charming, went away an uncle or lesbian it would enamor with her xD to me and Yori is super sexy, we have loving trio with Yano, the life and miracles of the mother of Iku and Yori….in aim I recommend, it, although but it is worth to you not to hate incest, because if not….you would pass bad xD
