I'm too disappointed with the ending.
So, because it's Midorikawa Yuki's, I read it. The pace weirdly slow, eventhough it's just 3 volume. But I tried to keep ongoing eventhough I felt kind of bored. Into 3rd volume, the mood raised up, then the ending came, bah. I do not like the ending. Maybe just because It doesn't meet my hope, but

She 'Luca'-'Luca' all the series and ended in new journey with another man? Wha...

Even so, I like the part how she always remembering Luca, and IMO, the mangaka told it very well about how deep the feelings she had for him. So Midorikawa-sensei, so deep and heartwrenched when telling about the characters feelings, and that's

make me feel more bah with the ending

The artwork... IMO not good, yet kind of shady and calming. Awww if I have to describe her artwork, for me it's like the grass field where Setsu and Luca often played. So peaceful yet kind of fly, fly, fly

The plot is quite cliche in the start, but slowly as the story progresses, it shows that it's not like any other plot and it starts having a twist to it. So far till where I read, the story seems pretty mysterious to me and some relationships require guesswork.

I kind of like the story and characters so far. Truly a recommend.

The story more than makes up for the art

The art isn't very ugly- just rough and a bit lazy.

however, the story is amazing. I was captivated from the get-go. I am touched by the sense of wistfulness in the story and by the dedication the king, Setsu, and Dorii have shown towards each other and towards finding Yuka. It was heartwarming in that sense. There is also the atmosphere of mystery that this mangaka does really well and the twists- omg-the twists! got me screaming "omg!! no way!!!"

This manga really knows how to tell a good story! I hope it ends well and that Setsu will finally get to meet him face-to-face.

Another solid piece

This is another piece filled with all of Midorikawa's trademarks that make her so great. Interesting premise with strong storytelling, characters with interesting personalities, and the air of originality, that almost more importantly, makes it all memorable. I think her art is probably less suited to works like these, but it's still successful and I can honestly say that there isn't much to complain about, other than a slight overuse of white space.

As with all her works, this deserves a recommendation. I can only hope that it sees completion.

Hmm, I enjoyed the characters, the setting and the various twists itself. It's all really exciting and I can't wait to see the ending.

The only slight issues are the repetitive lines in each chapter(yes, the characters keep repeating what they're doing), that the flashback scenes could use a bit more excitement or better pacing and that the early chapters had quite a few pages with minimal art.

This is a pretty good series. The summary doesn't tell much about it but it is more than just that one little sentence.

Full of Promise

To be noted, I've only read one chapter of this series so far, but I'm really liking the way it's coming out. I've always had a thing for strong heroines, and this definitely has one, and not only that, but the plot has promise. ^^ For a shoujo style, Midorikawa's artwork is a bit strange (and looks a bit rough), but has quite a few pretty moments. Not only that, but it captures emotion and action reasonably well, which is more you can say for some series. All in all, I think if you like what I've described so far, you should definitely check this series out (it's only one chapter, so far, after all, and downloads are hosted at DGV's website). I'm sure you'll soon do what I'm doing- eagerly awaiting the next chapter. ^^
