This is amazing exciting and full of fun a mystery with so many questions left unanswered and so much left undone can only hope and prey this one will fill in all these answers as it goes, also keep fingers crossed for fast releases.

If read and enjoyed the first one you will enjoy this one too.

BUT.
A-Team
Are being gets at moment and really childish in my opinion with there releases there making a mess of them and not worth downloading at all at moment.

this is basically about a super duper kid that get all the chicks and have all OP powers and every few pages people be like OMG, how can he be so good! blah blah blah.

and I love it. i love OP characters, and if you're like me, this is the perfect fighting shonen about a weakling getting to the top by sheer luck with huge boobies and graceful fights. the art is to die for. it make the above average story to great as hell manga.

Seriously drags on

New Waves is a tedious read compared to its prequel with very little new development. There are tons of fights and tons of new characters, but even 161 chapters into New Waves, there's almost no depth to the plot. Moreover, the plot holes left by the previous series still aren't filled in.

What was the original plan that Goomoonryong and Shiho had in the prequel? What happened to the previous head of Sunwoo? They keep hinting at a rivalry between shioon and the pretty black-haired kid, but it never freaking develops. What's with Shioon's trail-on romance developments?

Good sequel, but it's kinda slow-paced............ I wanna see more of Chunwoo again, though it isn't quite possible I guess. The main lead gets kinda annoying, since he always happens to be in the same situation over and over again and then blaming himself for how weak he is, when people around him just wanna protect him........ yeah idk THAT gets annoying. The first part had more comical stuff in it, this one is all serious now, I guess cos Chunwoo and Shiho duo aren't seen anymore.

EDIT: SOMEONE has to clean the tags/catergories.......... I mean, there's a shitload of tags here that are so irrelevant lol.

EDIT 7/4/2013: FINALLY. FINALLY HE HAS AWAKENED AS A GOD. After 100 chapters of him getting treated like a piece of shit it is finally time for him to be treating everyone else like people who are beneath him OH MY GOD.

Still Quite Good

Starts out slow but is starting to pick up pace. It can be a bit frustrating though as Shioon never really makes any progress in permanently regaining his powers until the recent couple of chapters (hopefully).
For those who think that the series is too slow, remember that The Breaker also started off slowly and it was a monthly publication, thus New Waves would seem even slower with its weekly release of fewer pages.

Frustrated

Am I the only one getting frustrated with this manhwa? Don't get me wrong, I love breaker but I keep patiently waiting for something to happen!! I was so happy when it start moving after 60 chapters but then it's DEAD END once again.
It's unfortunate but I'll just drop this manwha to save me all the waiting for nothing. I really love 1st season of Breaker and read it multiple times. It's just so disappointing that the sequel fell short. I might revisit once it's completed and maybe i might regret dropping it or not.

Has the same pace as the first but don't let the total number of chapters fool you the breaker was released monthly and new waves is weekly. Also, it says that it's korean but you still read it right to left like a manga.

What was the original plan that Goomoonryong and Shiho had in the prequel?
Shi-Ho: As part of black forest she opposes the (then) current murim world/laws. She also seems to act on a whim, a lot based around her feelings for Chun-Woo.
Goomonryong: Same black defense associations, related to what happened to his master. He was in hiding in the beginning.

What happened to the previous head of Sunwoo?
Its So-Sul, the young girl with the illness. She was held hostage for blackmail.

They keep hinting at a rivalry between shioon and the pretty black-haired kid, but it never freaking develops.
Well, it does develop. Its not really a rivalry though.

What's with Shioon's trail-on romance developments?
Just fillout at the moment.

I recommend that you re-read the manhwa or check out its wiki. Most of your questions relate to the basics of the plot.

Dying from the wait!!

No words for this manhwa...

None of the others can even be compared to this manhwa.

OK , this manhwa is slow in the start but then has so much action from about 30 onwards which more than makes up for the previous wait. If people have read the prequel they will understand what I am talking about. The action sequences are amazing and the characters hot , with an enticing story.

Highly worth the wait but still its killing me!!

Oh god, this manga makes me so anxious for the next chapter, that I'm going nuts. Seriously, it almost sucks your body and soul if you start reading it.
It was a bit slow paced at the start (compared with the prequel), but is getting so awesome latelly, that I literally wait the whole week to read it...
At chapter 40+ It gets so awesome, that I simply forgot how dumb it was at the chapters 10~20 =]
