A Really Good Shoujo Work
Rating: 8.0 / 10.0

After hearing so much about this series, I finally read it! And I'm glad I did. It's definitely a manga worth reading; it's very good. However, it's not my favorite Arina Tanemura work, nor one of my favorite shoujo manga series, either. I didn't really find myself "connecting" to Mitsuki throughout the series. I thought she was a bit too stubborn and simple-minded. I found the antics and back stories of the shinigami characters far more interesting. However, the overall story was very good, the artwork was lovely, and the pacing of the story was good. Not sure if this is one I'll re-read ever... but it's definitely not one I feel was a waste of time to read. If it seems like I'm a little on the fence with this one, that's because I am. There are a lot of better manga titles out there... but this is definitely a really good one, too.

Full Moon introduced me to Arina Tanemura's works and i watched the anime first and fell in love with it! The storyline is good both in the manga and anime and it's heartwarming plus the songs are pretty cool to listen to. The art work is beautiful! I highly recomend it for shojo lovers.

I'm starting at volume 4. And as far as vol1-3 is concern, I LIKE IT! I like the story of Eichi and Mitsuki more (don't know why I'm so attached with "ichi" name *sigh*) It's sad that those who have loved each other since they were young (I mean very young) have no way of being together... Really great story. I'm looking forward on reading the rest of the volumes >_<
The anime *they said* has different ending. When I found out there was an anime adaptation of this manga, I thought of watching it. But.. diff ending?... Having second thoughts ~_~

This was my very first manga that I purchased and I now hold the entire collection. It's a touching story that features a loss of a loved one and whether it's right to move on or not. The comedy is great and the art is incredible!!! *bows to Arina Tanemura for a job well done*

Honestly, the best she has done after KKJ. KKJ was what set the pace for her, but all i see is overly dramatic moments and loads of "flower petals fluttering" right now.

Still, Full Moon deserves a huge thumbs up for the comedy and somewhat different looking characters (compared to all her other works). Though i wished her characters were more fleshed out, i think they got nicely introduced in a vague manner. Which isnt really bad, looking at the theme/feel of the series. A must-read for any Tanemura fan.

It's okay but I really don't like the ending. The main character is also somewhat irritating and the story is just too childish for me. One thing that I liked about it is the really impressive artwork, if you want a cute manga, you should read this.
