Decent plot, reminds me of kanekaro only much lighter in tone. But this isnt really a story i would want to keep rereading. Gorgeous artwork though.

And the hair !! Just gorgeous! Hahahahaha.

If you read it you'd remmember...my FPART: "Laugh for me" "but I can't laugh from nowhere..." "you laughed with yuu-kun" "ok..." and she 'smiles for him and everything's great <3 ;D!

LOVE THAT PART! (:

I loved the atwork! It was very unique and different from what you usually see in shoujo manga. I liked the story, although it is true that Kayano cries too much.
I think Akuma de sourou is worth reading at least once. I've read it already thrice, so I recommend it<3

I would recommend people this manga for it's nice story and beautiful artwork, but only if you could deal with the girl crying in like EVERY CHAPTER. The story isn't too drawn out, and finishes at a good part. The ending was adorable, so overall it was a typical shoujo (with amazing artwork), and a decent story.

I enjoyed reading this manga series once, but I doubt I would reread it...too long and there weren't really any parts that I see myself craving to read again. The art was simply gorgeous, but it did kind of bug me at first how the mangaka fashioned Takeru after a real-life person. Other mangakas probably do the same thing, I just don't recognize who their model/inspiration is.

The story was a little drawn out, but it was a sweet read nonetheless. My biggest complaint was that Kayano cried way too much. It was absolutely ridiculous how much she cried. As a girl, I would feel pathetic if I cried as much as she did (and yes, I am a girl).

I think the mangaka did a good job on the surrounding characters. I liked how many of the secondary characters appeared throughout the story and didn't just disappear after one or two chapters.

This manga is really great! The story is something you can get involved with, like you can feel the drama of the characters. I dont think it was too long, cause Takanashi did such a great job in not getting the story boring!
I love both Kayano and Takeru are exelent characters, not plain at all, and they grow so much as the manga goes by!
The art is great and the end is real, cause sometimes we really need to get mature for somethings to happen!

I highly recommend! ;D

i really enjoyed this manga and i really liked the artwork. i got really hooked on it BUT they main female character is very annoying. she cries all the time about everything. that was my only problem with it.

At first i thought it could be a very good manga but the plot is way too simple and too predictable. 11 volumes to tell a story like this are a little too much. Anyway the main character should be an "akuma" but in reality he' s so good and caring (i don't like that he turns out to be the good guy). The thing that gets you is the art. He is very beautiful and hide-ish. This manga disappointed me, maybe if it was shorter ...

You've gotta try something different. Kazillion times better than Marmalade boy. Much more realistic. So much more romantic. I loved the art, the story, the conflicts, the romance and everything and anything else. smile A good read.
