Description
There is a Gothic-style mansion in a distant, rarely-visited part of Japan. There, the world's greatest surgeon, Naomitsu Madaraki, once lived but he hasn't come home in ages.

Very original and interesting! Just makes you keep reading it one after the other! Is it just me or is it Fran so hawt? lol ... I wanna have sex with Fran and her tight modified pussy.. ahaha! Talk about twisted ne? XD
I love each of the stories. the art is fabulous and there are some unexpected plot twists. Fran is so...other worldly! She dont have any morals and perception of right/wrong which what makes her so successful as what she is. I wonder if the professor would ever show up? I be he's the one who made Fran. 
This is a highly amusing and twisted manga. Is she good or bad? Fran Franken(stein) is neither of those I say, she is one seriously gray character! And thats rare to see in any media today.
Good art, rather episodish plot so far up to chapter 11, but amusing i a very twisted way.

Omg, I guess you need to be a twisted person to enjoy this manga, just try to read chapter 2, if you enjoyed that chapter, you will probably like the rest of this manga, btw, isnt this genre called guro?

Wow, this manga is twisted to the point that I am actually disgusted by the fact that I actually enjoy reading it. Not really into horror but this manga is really interesting. I find it more of a mind boggler than a visual though the art does a good job adding to the impact of the manga.

I have read many MANY genres and different kinds of manga, but this.. this just truly disturbs me. It's either a like it or hate the guts out of it kind of manga.And I really like it! The story itself is very promising and original and the art is interesting to say the least. The main attraction, however, is the way the story is mixed into the product. Most of the time you will be truly surprised by the turn of events and it will leave your mouth hanging wide open at the end of each chapter.

Main concept of this series is similar to "Wishmaster" film.
Well, no massive genie oubreak to occur =) But the way she (Fran) makes wishes come true made me remember the movie right away.

Like most people said here, this manga's seriously MESSED UP! It is original and I love Fran, she's one of my favorite characters around. Anyway, warning people! This manga's gore type, its messed up.
So far, its 10 from me. But I hope it doesn't get repetitive, I can see the potential, but the story hasn't progressed yet, and the characters has barely been developed. Well, I've only read til to chap 4.

...I probably enjoyed this series way more than I should've. Especially chapter 2.
