Timid and self-conscious high-school student Karin never paid much attention to boys until she met Kiriya, a popular student from a nearby boys' school. Karin and Kiriya embark on a romantic journey despite Karin's classmate Yuka's best efforts to sabotage their relationship, but Karin soon learns that living happily ever after isn't on the curriculum when she becomes Kiriya's center of attention, as well as embittered Yuka's bull's-eye on her dartboard of hate.

I really liked it. the drawing is amazing and the story is good too. if your into the "kare kano" type of mangas den u shall read this

Yes, this manga is a bit cliche, but I love how it was kept solid and a bit lengthy. The art is wonderful, though the ending, for me, seemed a bit rushed though.
The so-called "best friend" in the beginning really annoyed me though. I really like this, because it got me wanting to read more until the end. It's more like your typical shoujo manga, and some of the incidents in this manga can be easily related to real-life, and I really like how this manga is realistic, unlike some of the other shoujo mangas.
I'll give it a 9.

I do agree that this is type of storyline is very typical and its been done before. [predictable]. But I do like these types of manga. Even though there isn't a unique thing about the manga. Since I have only read 2 volumes I can't really judge it completely. So far the storyline is okay. I do agree that the characters just liked each other right in the beginning. It is fast. and unrealistic.. to me. I like the artwork very much.

This started out GREAT. The first four chapters i loved the cynical karin and the incredibly nice kiriya but then they were all mushy, mushy and whiny. It go soooooo dramatic and it kind of lost that nice feeling.
Oh my gosh I love it!! One of my all time faves. Read it a long time ago, but I still get that gushy feeling just thinking about it.. I absolute love the art the story and the characters, Everything about it had me hooked from the second I picked it up!
This started out ok, the art is not the best which turned me off. I think it was a little drawn out and I probably would've just put it down had I not just been stubborn and wanted to finish what I started. It got too predictable and too ideal I think...
at first, the manga was boring that i was about to add it to my unfinished list..but i started reading it again..and when i finished it, the ending made me cry. it was a happy ending i gues....the extra story was funny xD
Cute and light-hearted. It got a bit draggy at some parts, but the ending was pretty sweet.
not many twists or shocking happenings...altho the art was nice...it was kinda plain. [edit] romantic but not realistic or as interesting as the ones i've read prior this manga. read it if you hav a lot of extra time to spend.

I didn't connect much with the main character...she was too insecure in her own abilities although it was fun on how the character could never understand one another lol. Some couples are like that...
but I personally like Nanri, she's more my liking...bold.
