THANKS SO MUCH to whoever has been translating the last chapters released...!

In the first 3 volumes the story is quite simple and even raw ... It's mainly about a boy who wishes he was a girl and a girl who likes to dress like a boy. The relationship between the two is rather sweet. I like the characters development very much, specially Shuu's (his dilemmas are very pertaining to his age) but it gets even better, we get to see them growing as they age and experience new emotions. In the 4th volume the author begins to explore the other character more carefully, thus changing the rythm of the story a little bit. But it works. It's awesome to notice little things here and there that show the story is moving ahead, like how Shuu's sister is maturing (physically and personality-wise) and Takatsuki's face is becoming more thin and feminine. I'm really happy another group (whichever it is) decided to take the scanlations up, since Konotoha's not given a sign a life for over 6 months now! I hope we get to read the story all the way until the end!

Like ranmaru there said, I really want to know how the main characters grow up dealing with their "different" personalities. They are both lovable, and I'm rooting for them.

Definitely a good read. Come meet these characters, you'll fall in love with them too!

Meh, the hype is just cuz there isnt any other trans stuff it feels

Not good at being a realistic transgender story. It seems more like a ''feminine/masculine'' thing, so you know, CROSSDRESSING, rather than a ''gender dysphoria'' thing. It's all about gender roles and gender stereotypes, not being trans much.

If it wasn't paraded as a good trans story it might be enjoyable, but the author clearly has NO idea what being trans entails.
Pandering lots, realism not.

As a crossdressing story, I'd say it's 5-ish, but as a trans story, it's def closer to a 1-2.

Source: Being trans myself.

Heartwarming, genuine and sweet

This has got to be one of the most heartwarming and sweet titles I've ever read. I just can't wait for for Nitori and Takatsuki to grow up!

What will be their trials like? What happiness and sorrow will they experience? Will their parents and family grow to accept them should their secrets be discovered? Or will they be cast out from their families and will their friends refuse to acknowledge them? After all, humans react in different ways for the better or for the worse.

Note: people with anything against transsexuals(aka transgenders) should definitely not read this.

P.S. It might be me but I think a comic like this might never be licensed. It's hard enough for gays to gain acceptance, transsexuals aren't often even accepted by heterosexuals or even the gays.

Got Boring

Or maybe it was always boring? The story telling isn't engrossing, i think what made me like it a lot at first was the unique plot devices (e.g. exploring sexuality growing up). But it's not realistic and the plot was painfully slow, and then suddenly jumps forward in time... I find it hard to feel attached to any specific character in the story, and there are manyy sideplots developing which don't interact with the main plot (if there is one) which make it a drag to read after a while.
Unfortunate...such interesting concepts to be explored.
also, I think Shuu is constantly zoned out. It would be nice to see more expressions on his face.

this manga is more serious and even educative than romantic. That's why for me it is a little bit boring, though I like feminine boys and masculine girls and all this cross-dressinmg thing.

It's a kinda plain slice of life like manga, with lots of cross dressing... It's nothing really special or edge of the seat or anything.. But it's alright..

It's a bit confusing here and there though.. Seems like it does some time skip thingy once in a while or something Oo Leaves me confused all the time since there's not really any warning or anything :s

I love this work.. i have'nt read to many mangas, but definitely this kind of manga is a very rare one, i think the art really matches the story and the pacing. it is strong with its simpicity. I also think it tells story about real problems that often overlooked. On the contrary to some of the comments here, i think this manga should stop without telling us what happened when they grow up, because i think the mangaka wants us to join them in their psychological journey as a kid and how they reach a point where they can find their true self, not about what they become when they grow up. I think how they act, work, etc when they grow up will be put on our own imagination. Well.. at least that what i think... anyway, you should read this manga, especially if you got someone whom you often picked on because they are girlyboys or the other way around.
