@Johnjimco review is pretty accurate. Worth a read for the first two arcs. It's had me in stitches then it just kept recycling the same formula. Had great potential but lets you down. The humour is what keeps it going.

Few things the rub me the wrong way. The good guys are super handsome while many of the bad guys are "ugly" or just look plain evil looking.

At first glance, Noblesse doesn't look any different when compared to other typical Shounen manga but that is certainly not true. The Manhwa itself is filled with deeps morals and integrity of humanity along with what true friendship and companionship should really be. Though the story may not be perfect, Noblesse is still a work of extraordinary virtue and valor.

Since this was getting so much attention, and me being a Korean, I decided to give it a shot, and I ended up catching up to the latest chapter in two sittings, not without a couple of sleep deprivations. Everything about this is just so great, the characters, plot, action, humor, and so on. There are so many facepalm moments (in a good way) that keeps you holding your gut, and the epic strength of the protagonists just keeps you on the toes, making you wonder just how long the enemies will last until their realization of powerlessness and impending doom.

So, this is one of the best things I've ever read. When you first have entered this epic story, it is absolute impossible to escape again. The charecters is some of the best I've ever read about, through the plot isn't the best. It is kinda strange, because it's real torture to wait for the next chapter, but still, sometimes, you feel strangly disappinted when you finished the chapter, while you also feel sad that it already ended.
The actual plot seems to worsen in the latest chapters(180), even trought it still gets better. I really don't know how to eksplain it, read it and maybe you'll understand what I mean.
Definitely worth a read. (sorry for my english)

There were fights, friendship etc, the usual thing in a shonen series but the gag, about Rai and the other characters is just sooo funny!! They were fighting and all serious at one scene and then I suddenly found myself laughing!! Just totally awesome!!

This started very well, interesting characters, plot and action with a dash of humour. Unfortunately probably about two thirds the way through the humour starts to drop off, the characters start to stagnate and many of the fun interactions disappeared, the fights just get too long and boring without heart. It starts to forget some of it's own basic groundwork of character traits and abilities The ending also did not feel good. Basically it starts very well, it is pretty and has interesting characters, plot and mystery. In the last third the execution starts to deteriorate, and some mysteries are never properly explained . I do think it is a good read though so despite my complaints give it a read 😀

i don't care if some say the drawing is getting bad or that it's not detailed enough. But this webtoon is being updated every dammit week, and the mangaka has been showing time and consideration through out the all story, and you guys are bad mouthing about it!!! do you guys know how hard is it to be a mangaka? and yet most of us read it weakly for FREE and YET not being at least a bit GREATFUL? OR are you saying that you can come up with a better story well draw and that's also getting updated weekly for free? if so i take what i said BACK!

The story is simple, which isn't a terrible thing, but don't expect anything particularly deep. Typical tropes abound, making enemies into friends, etc. For most of its run its been pretty much monster of the week fighting stronger and stronger opponents. Shounen action junkies should love it. I think it took the authors a bit of time to figure out where they wanted to take this story and actually develop one. Once we started to get close to the 200 chapter mark things started to develop, still it was a long wait. The art has its problems. For example, some of the characters have shadows on them, but they cast no shadows themselves. This is basic stuff. When you only have some of the panels colored, but lets say not the floor and of course no shadows the characters will look like they are floating. Someone seems to have discovered the blur tool in their image software and lost control. Everything in a background should not be blurred. Also some backgrounds jut into the foreground and if you blur that the result is that you have a sharp character that looks flat against a blurry background and some blurry foreground as well. Please use some restraint with that blur tool, you are overpowering your art with it. I could go on and on about weaknesses in the art. Their primary strength seems drawing bishies, which I must admit looks good. Some of the humor is entertaining, but very light which is a good way to describe the series. I think its a work in progress and the artists will undoubtedly get better considering how much work they are putting into it. Its light entertainment and fun entertainment, but nothing that deserves a 10. That's way overrating it. Right now its average maybe 6 to 7.

Its Good but ....

1. Its awesomeness is wearing off, when they started again after the one month break the story background was awesome, to come back to present day with a different angle was too soon.

2. The same cliche battles, I want Rai to be beaten or someone to power up or something dramatic to happen.

Its still an awesome webtoon, but.... its like at 8.93 on a scale of awesomness out of 10.

This is the best mahnwa I've ever read the story will keep you hooked from chapter 1. You should definitely give this a chance but be ready absolutely freak out whenever the author has one of his notorious cliff hangers
