It's not really a rip off skip beat. who thinks so didn't pay attention at this plot.
I don't think she is an idiot just because she wants to beat her mom. I mean she has real motives to do that and I don't think her mom was mean to her so she would want to become and actress...and if so...i have read too many mangas and i'm pretty sure that what her mom did was to mean. Yura will not get over it just because "i'm sorry, i wanted you too be an actress, just like me"...i mean, that woman never really paid attention to her.
Anyway, I have decided to stop reading it for a bit. like someone else said this manga has too many cliches and i will wait.maybe in the future it will get better.
But you want to read it. Please do it...it's not that bad but i'm little tired of those cliches

very interesting and yes it is similar to skip beat but then then in this manga the lead female character is trying to beat her mom. I don't really think it's a rip off! I enjoy reading the manga and can't wait for more chapters to come out. I REALLY HOPE SHE'LL END UP WITH haruka !!! i mean i like his twin brother also but i'm rooting for Haruka! But i have a feeling she might end up with ash. boohoo.

It was good until chapter 8 then it got boring and I lost interest and stated scanning through bits and pieces but then it picked up again and I loved it give it a chance is all I can say hehe . P.s don't judge a book by its cover - the ending

i loved this ! i got really excited and hyper the whole time. i had a lot of reactions which only happens in good manga/anime.
i like the characters, but not all. sometimes, some characters got really annoying. like how q'ta gets included with yura too much. it doesn't really make me all excited since she never worked too hard to get him, and plus, he went for her just for her father, right? well i know that changed overtime, but when he was with yura, he never showed a lot of expressions, it was as if he was still being a player. i'm completely aware that he really loves her, but sometimes it gets annoying.
i prefer his brother, haruka. im not too sure why. i guess he's kinder and doesn't include himself with too many girls. it was hard to get him to like yura since he never really has an interest in girls as much as q'ta.
i dislike how there's a 3rd guy in it. shachou. 2 guys liking her is kind of enough. i think 3's too much. and plus, he's her manager. and he doesn't look good with yura. he's kind of old and mature and too fatherly/brotherly like.

though, overall, i like it. i like mangas where the main character strives to get stronger for a goal. in this case, it was to reach higher than her mother in showbiz world. they're super cool >.<

i think honey hunt is really good! i mean, Aihara-sama has the two twins that fall for one girl and it's sort of like you bet on who's going to get her. there's also keiichi....but that'll never happen. I just think that this manga is really good...and plus...Aihara-sama is adding in the reality of real life like all the concerts and popparzo and agency like it's no sweat! this manga is great!!!

I read thi sactually before Skip Beat! and I can say that the feeling of this one is far different than the feel of skip beat!
Th eonly thing that's teh same is taht vengence thing but that's it~:')

i've only read chapter one online, but so far it seems kinda like a ripoff of skip beat. . .

although the heroine have a big weak thing about herself, only if shes like mogami kyoko from skipbeat then this manga will be a blast with all the drama and the romance though its not bad and its not the typical shojoish thing...

The worst manga ever. Period.

The female lead is unbearable; she has no depth. I cannot believe how she got into ShowBiz for such an awful reason - this isn't even Comedy!! (Skip Beat! has an excuse and the development makes up for the main plot.) The romance is too fast! There's no sense of reality in this manga.

And yes, there are such things as cliché stories. This is one of them.

Honestly, I'm only giving it a 6. The beginning was good, esp first 2-3 chapters. But after that it gets really draggy and boring (for me) till I couldn't keep going. Dropped it after volume 2. Perhaps I was expecting too much... still, the pace was really slow =__=||
