Description
The background is an unknown medieval era where there are three countries. Among the three countries, there is an island country called "Ramira". The empire, Ramira, is where most of stories will unfold. There are generations of princesses, and the first 27 volumes set the story for the eventual regaining of Ramira by the greatest Empress of Ramira, Preia, who was beloved by the people and had many loyal men under her.

Great manhwa.

I love the story, but the art... it seems very average to me.
Bad part first. This could be a wonderful manhwa if the art was a bit better... Being someone who does a lot of art, I honestly think that the so-so art actually takes away from the story. Other than that, it's amazing, and strangely, the plot is unexpected and predictable at the same time. Oh the pairings, who would've GUESSED? *sarcasm* but a "certain someone's" change of heart was completely unexpected.
It's still a great manhwa. Truly one of its kind C: You don't see many mangas/manhwas with so much politics involved. It's a really nice treat for people like me who detests the average shoujo manga. Dx Princess is very emotional as well, and I find myself captivated by the plot.
Although... xD; I burst out laughing whenever the artist draws the 'shocked' expression of the characters, which is basically just them without any eye detail (no change in expression, either.) Well, this seems like a negative review now, but the manga is still one of my favorites at the moment.
This would be a 10 if the art was up to par with something like Goong, which is... similar in its setting.

too much sadness in the story. I wonder why the authors enjoy it very much. I like the part when Scotty Tore and Rara were arguing and saying bad words, while the author had set them to love each other.
But I salute for the beauty of the pictures. They are great! Somehow I still hope that the story about Hiroic Vaida and Preiya Pyordova will be much more better and happy ending! And PLEASE, don't terminate the romance story between Eshilde and Leo. Please?

Nothing much to say...it's just that it's a MUST READ.Oh, and did I mention this manwha made me cry lots of times...Beautiful story, characters and the story is too tragic sometimes and emotional. I really have high hopes for the third generation will be much more happier in the end.
@Sevenwarrior : I second that. I love Eshild too. Not into Bii much.

This manhwa is one of a kind! Includes drama, romance and even politics... it reminds me of a soap opera haha, but I love them XD...
The thing with this manhwa is that it has a wonderful story with lots of characters and the art is terrific... You could see beautiful castle and old fashioned dresses you get to see on movies...
The thrid generation is the one I love the most, and hopefully, at least, they will have a happy ending

I read this most of this series, in one sitting, and it was a bit overwhelming! For some reason, I really dislike the main woman, Bii, because she's always whining about being with her love...Setting aside the point that I really like tomboy-ish characters, I really thought that Eishield(sp?) was the best character. Too bad there weren't too many plot twists...All the characters have a complexity that is slowly revealed in this series. The art is, in my opinion, beautiful, in exception to the noses =( ; they were weird.

Glad to see it being continued by the scanlator. Though I'm not even done until the latest scans. So far I'm in Volume 19. I understand it's going to be even more melodramatic from this point onward. I can already see it, that 'fate' intertwining two people, kind of corny for me as I have thought it could have been better portrayed than that cheesy part between those two new generation lovers. Other than this small stain, I've found it quite enjoyable. I feel for most of the characters (but not the main ones of the second generation, astonishingly). The plot and intrigue is not suitable for young minds--and I mean intellectually. The passing wit will just do as it did--pass right through their eyes without taking anything. Kind of predictable most of the times, given enough data, but there are still a lot more to keep it juicy. Definitely a recommended read for those who cringe at most shoujo manga.
This manhwa is wonderful. I recommend for all that like a riper history.
Well worth the tears and time

I just finished reading this in two sittings, since I had to sleep. Now I soon have to go eat something. But I just had to post a comment on how good parts of this is.
The art is very good, the quality of the scanlations I read had low quality scans though, but the quality still showed very well.
The story is this manga's strong suit. You might see something coming, but you aren't certain and some small thing totally bothers you that you missed in your guess. But knowing largely what will happen means it is logical, a good thing. Some parts of the story I found bland or unbelievable, that is what drags the score down to a 9 from a 10, but generally it held a very high quality.
Then you have the chars, it was a long time since I had such a rollercoaster ride in emotions from manga. And these chars is the reason, one truly feels for them and wants to know what happens next.
Ahh I am simply to touched to write well, just read it and find out yourself.

Very politic-ish indeed ^^ read it til the 17th book I think ...the story plot with all the politics are quite confusing, and the story flow is a bit awkward cos in the end it kinda change focus (shouldnt put spoiler here) but the drawing is quite pretty and the love stories are interesting :)
