High school student Yukari Fujimaru knows a potential star when she sees one…because she sees the special "aura" they give off, in the form of angelic wings. Yukari's fellow student, the beautiful Ryoko Katsuragi, has a small pair of wings herself, and is one of these aspiring talents. Honestly, I don't like this author. I somehow have seen other manga by this author. Hm.. can't remember which one. But, I hate the character. Yeah, hate me! I just happened to bump into this manga actually by other people recommendations. I doesn't caught my eyes at first, with the title "Penguin" ??? and the cover book. Soo lame.
( Ok, hate me 2 )
Then, I try to ignore my stupid spirit and download this manga. OH MY GOAT. The main hero character(s) are.. soooo good looking and eye candy O_O
( I have feeling to those character with droopy eyes and nice face ) xD
I love the story line. The plot. Even the heroine! She not some kind of clingy heroine but independent, - looks naive and have material art defense. The story just focus to this hero and heroine but other character played their part very well :D
I don't know the black hair dude, is he hero or side character? But, his personality is interesting ^^. Not to mention about Ryou's personality too :D
I highly recommend because this is so light-hearted manga, with nice sweet romance and not your typical shoujo. (Just, slightly ) :D
I want WINGS too T_T
By the way, I think the heroine might end up with Ayaori-Makoto kun because if she's with Ryou, they seems a couple of plenty of delight. On the other hand, Makoto-kun seems nice, quiet, and don't talk much. Eventually, Yukari and Ayaori seems to bump into each other in embarassing moment ^^. Oh, well, I don't care actually who she might end up because I love both character >.<;; Not to mention about Narazaki Yuzuru that have loveable personality :D
EDIT : But, I dislike the slow storyline actually. I realised Ryou feeling towards Yukari and I do realised Aya's feeling about Yukari too. But, I think, Ryou doesn't know his own feeling and ignored it meanwhile Aya is more honest. Hey Yukari, I don't get it. Which one do you like? D:

This is a really cute series. The artwork is pretty, the characters have their own personalities and the plot is awesome. I thought the ending was kinda abrupt though. I wish the author developed the relationships more because it doesn't really conclude. Overall, it was a great series. If you're looking for a light, quick series you should definitely check it out!

The cover didn't draw my attention but I decided to read it anyways and it has become one of my favorites. The plot is interesting and the characters are great as well.

well i was about to be off by it when i read its gender-bender based since its not really my type but ive heard alot of good comments about it so i gave it a go. and once again, I regretted by believing my intuition. HAH! it's really good. I like how everything seemed to be well-paced and the revelation of some mysteries in this manga is too much to facinate. The artwork is really nice. I myself have fallen in love with Ryou and Aya! HAH! and must we not forget our hero--ine. ^_____^ I like how she is"she" then has to be a "he" then has to be a disguised as a "she" again. HOW HILARIOUS! this manga is waaay tooo awesome to handle.
Whether this would have a best or crappy ending, I wouldn't mind. The past 6 volumes already gave me enough satisfaction that I'm completely in love with it. It's one of those manga that you'll never get tired of reading. Plus, It's not everyday we have a strong and independent heroine.

Whether this would have a best or crappy ending, I wouldn't mind. The past 6 volumes already gave me enough satisfaction that I'm completely in love with it. It's one of those manga that you'll never get tired of reading. Plus, It's not everyday we have a strong and independent heroine.

Seriously DO NOT JUDGE BY COVER. I thought this was gonna be some wishy washy manga for preteens but i must say i am surprised by the story line (good story plus romance and hot guys). The artwork is very beautiful and the idea of wings symbolizing talent is genius. Definitely recommend it to everyone who love any shoujo manga.
PS. I'm super rooting for Ayu, i actually am in love with his charcter but i think the manga-ka is gearing towards Fujimara-kun and Ryu T_T

At first when i had saw it i was like.. its not gonna be that great. forget it dont read it. but eventually i came to read it.
the heroine is great and shes strong, she can protect herslf and the ryo boy. the love triangles are funny yet serious. its a great read.

I find this manga sweet simple and absolutely adorable. Like the length of the story its great for a light read, and for those gender blender fans out there, this is a must! \ (^ o ^) /

At first the name turned me off, but i decided to read it and it was amazing. The characters just drew me in and the plot was great. The characters aren't annoying either and its pretty funny. great art also.
