Good story-telling, nice art, and the story was very good at capturing youthful feeling, love, and growth.
(The "revenge" he got on her, which he didn't really deserve to get at all, did make me nervous but this is a light-hearted manga so it was just a gag at the end of the day.)

like the comment below me said it wasnt really romance but it was kindda an element and its more on character development and it was nice to see something that doesnt rush things just because, and that is why my friends i love this, its one of those few. and i like the art 
It's not really a romance, more like a single event in life of a certain boy that involved a girl. It managed to raise some interesting points, that's seinen for you. Overall a pleasant read, nothing too special though.
