From Manga Abyss:
Hotaru managed to get in the same high school where Haruna-sensei teaches to see him again! However, on her first day there, she meets a very unpleasant guy who looks just like her beloved sensei...?
4 Volumes (Complete)

It's cliche and stuff but the art just got me hooked! (:
And the funny faces of the characters are really great hahaha. I like this story m________m~
Typical, boring, predictable... the only thing that kept me reading until I gave up on chapter 3 is the male lead, Kousuke, but I think I was hoping for the impossible. The characters are flat thusfar, and the heroine is one of the most... She's a terrible heroine with no redeeming qualities. She seems like one of those shoujo girl types who trip a lot, are clumsy, tear easily, etc. Sigh~ extremely boring, my eye was twitching every two pages. The art style is fine for the most part, clean lines and all, except I really despise the heroine's eyes; so large, so shoujo-ish, are they supposed to telegraph her 'innocent' and 'lovable' nature?
I thought this was really great! I love how the story is going. I thought the male characters had a refreshingly nice personality, and the art was the really nice. I like how the story is cute yet still serious, it reminds me a lot like "Girl Got Game"
My only qualm at all about this is it kind of focuses on the relathionship drama too much, and Hotaru could stand to be a little less inoccent... But I still think it has a lot of charm. Oh well, to each their own, huh?
Im Aikawa Saki-biased. No matter how cliched it is, I will definitely love it.
Gahhh. Im speechless. The way Aikawa Saki draw her characters are really really prettyyyyyyyy omg it makes the story alive. lol
I mean this manga got me in the first chapter and it was good but I don't know what happened but then was quite annoying reading it. for real, I was hoping a twist but never happened, that girl is a crybaby and forgives everything... was too much for my pride (;゚д゚) but what can I do, actually I was waiting for see sensei ugh but they cut it, sensei aikawa always do the same the manga its going good but they cut something or rush the story so fast ugh. ┐(´д‘)┌ don't play with my kokoro.
Art - Not spectacular, but Okay
Pacing - Quite Decent
Story - uhhhmmm...huh.
Characters - Oh for God's sake, if I see one more bland, useless heroine again I'll-GWAAAH
Okay, I don't hate this series, but there are some aspects that really draw my ire (from reading way too much ridiculous shoujo mangas). Probably the worst of them all is how I (the reader) is forced to care about the cliched romance of 2 boring characters. To be honest, I was more interested on how the guy handles that situation with his ex-gf or how the teacher guy resolves this inner conflict about wanting his brother's gf.
This is the usual shoujo romance manga: cliche, 'cute' (yeah, I'll admit it is), and..to an extent, exhausting to watch.
But of course, this rant just means that I'm not into THESE kinds of manga. My little sister really loves it, and I can't share my opinion without hurting her feelings. I'm also not saying that bland manga is suited for mindless girly girls. Heck, if I was a bit younger, I'd fawn all over this series. However, due to my long experience with complex storylines, deep characters, epic storytelling, and simply...Japanese manga awesomeness, my standards are raised a bit too high.
It's great for girls to be dreamers ^^. One tip: Just don't mix up the real world with the one drawn on paper.
I stopped after 15 pages, including the cover, of the first chapter. I gave it a try because many people complimented the drawing, and after all, I think I am a person who can stick to a series just because of the art style. However, I was very disappointed. The drawing is not bad, yet it is a very stereotypical way of drawing manga: girls with HUGE, shining eyes that look fake and show little emotion, guys with pointy chins (imo, the guys were drawn a little better but still not in a very manly way)...
May be I am too harsh? I will leave it up to you to decide. But, personally, when hearing about good art, I will think about something more like drawing styles of Maruya Kae, Hinako Takanaga, or Mamahara Ellie, which are way more unique and distinguish the mangakas well. Well, if there is anything that might save the drawing style of this manga, then it is the chibi images.
Ratings:
Plot: N/A (not patient enough to read more than 15 pages)
Art: 7.5/10 (not good, not bad, typical, the .5 is for the chibi drawings)
Story needs more depth. There are many situations in the story that aren't handled as well as how I've anticipated. Unrealistic relationship development. To be honest, I hated how easily Hotaru forgives Kousuke about everything.
Content: 6.5/10
Creativity: 2/5
Art: 4/5
I think it was OKAY. Yes, plain OK. There's nothing too good for this series. First, the art is plain. It's not that good, yeah, clean lines and edges but I don't think its really a great art. I personally deem that the art of the mangaka is pretty mediocre because I almost see this kind-of-art to nowadays-manga.
The story is bland, predictable and cliche but it's still tolerable. It's like those manga where you exactly know what will happen next so you skip to the next page to know that you're correct. It keeps you entertained because you know exactly what will happen and you will just wait if you ever expect something wrong.
The characters are annoying. Yes. ANNOYING. but that exactly what it attract me. They are dumb, plain and fake. Just like what normal people are. lol. But what is truly annoying the heroine's eyes. I stand against them! I think it's overly drawn and screaming like "I'M SO HOPELESS!! LOVE ME!!". Too needy. But overall, the characters itself are quite likeable (in an annoyingly way, just like what I said)
Overall.. It's OKAY. Nothing great. You won't miss a part of your life if you don't read like other manga but it's not like wasting if you ever read them. I quite enjoyed it (Mostly the time of waiting for their updates).
I recommend this to those who doesn't have anything to do.. like if you don't have anything to do except to kill yourself, then read this manga.
this is shoujo manga
it is extremely predictable but i love it
the characters are cute and likeable, especially the Haruna brothers
i cant help but swoon when they're there ^/////^
the heroine does cry quite a bit, but it definitely could be worse
and its soooo cute, you just cant help but continue reading cause everything's so cute
especially when Kousuke is trying to get Hotaru to forgive him :3
but if you're looking for something original dont bother reading this
