It's not horrible, but it's a frustrating read without much pay off (so far at least).
My biggest problem is that these people just do not communicate. ML finds out about FL's secrets on his own, without her telling him. FL finds out about ML's secrets because of other people, without him telling her.
FL will have thoughts and worries, but most of the time she'll just dismiss them without talking to the ML about it. And the ML, despite having multiple opportunities to come clean with the FL, continues to hide stuff from her, and continues to do stuff behind her back.
Also, I think the synopsis is a little misleading.
ML has liked FL since he was a kid, there's no revenge arc or anything like that. He's a simp from day 1.
Their relationship could've used more build up. The FL doesn't have much going for her apart from her kindness. I wish she could become more outspoken at least with the ML to improve their dynamic a bit. Also, how are we 94 chapters in and she still calls him Director/CEO?
Then, there's ML's family holding her dad's crimes against her 20 years later, like... I don't have enough empathy in me to be understanding with this one, I just find this stupid.
And of course, since they don't communicate, instead of talking to the ML about their past, the FL goes along with
the Grandpa telling her to fuck off to another country. Her little rant/thoughts in the car about their conversation was meaningless, because she still goes along with him. "You didn't try to understand me and I can't change your mind so to not trample over you I'm gonna go along with your wishes and leave the man I love" what? Being kind doesn't mean letting people take advantage of you, you'd expect her to know this by now after what she went through, but nope!
Overall, many frustrating things. The same antagonists are still causing trouble 94 chapters in, the leads do not communicate, FL only occasionally grows a backbone, ML continues to make the same mistakes and hide stuff from FL.
The art is pretty though, and the ML is amusing if you don't mind some childishness.
