From Shoujo-Sense:
Ririko has been in the hospital for 10 years. During that time, she was writing a note for her wishes that she wants to fulfill. Will she finally start realizing those wishes?
1 Volume (Complete)

This is a light-hearted story, but touching at the same time. It's more of Ririko trying her best in doing what she wanted to do. For me, I want to cheer Ririko on, she's a good girl with a good heart, and her interactions with the people are also what's nice. Actually, I want to cheer all the characters on, haha!
Ong thing I must admit after reading a few pages of the first chapter is.. Most harem SUCKS. The story is just absolutely ANNOYING. I'm okay with the artwork. It's not like I'm in love with it but it's bearable. Still, what's wrong with the female lead's eyes? I know she's suffering an illness but I really can't stand her spiritless kind of eyes. The way those male characters act is also unnatural. I feel like I'm playing some otome game while reading this manga. This series really gives off that kind of feeling.
Well, if you enjoy harem with a lot of bishounens (they are really not my type, not any of them makes my heart skip a beat -.-) then you may like this story.
