Nozomu can't stop thinking about what his big brother Mikoto did to him that one time. He can't in his passion stop himself from visiting the clinic to have him do it again. Mikoto, always the doctor, takes a more clinical view of the matter.

There isn't a lot of character development in the canon, but the basis of all the characters in SZS is beyond excitingly intriguing. That said, the characters are vastly expandable for slash and dj believability! Interestingly, almost all the djs in this canon are excellent, and with a variety of themes and aesthetics. And this particular one--? Well, if you like incest, light bondage and angst, well this one has that! Raves from me! <3
Art wise it's nothing special, but the characters are all clearly represented from canon and the sex scenes are very.... sensual! Plotting wise, it is mostly sensual sexy time, but the thought-dialogue of Sensei add that intellectual rope that ties all the emotions together; it was too short, with greater story depth hinted at, but still a very poetic and bitter sweet dj.
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is a great fandom, and it's got lots of great yaoi potential. This is the first yaoi doujinshi scanlated for this fandom. Although the incestuous pairing this doujinshi couples is a little iffy with me, the cover looked great, so I checked it out. It's a little disappointing. Nozomu and Mikoto aren't really in character, just shoehorned into the uberuke and superseme versions of themselves. The sex scenes (to me) were grosser than they were hot. The backgrounds are very amateurish, and look like they were thrown in as an afterthought. Still, one has to remember that this is an amateur work. The character art is decent, and it uses that characteristic gradient toning in the hair well. I thought the characterization Mikoto was given - looking on his brother's feelings and reactions from a detached, clinical standpoint - was very interesting. All in all, it wasn't great, but as the first scanlated SZS doujinshi, it could have been worse.
