Since the ratings seem to be on the lower end of the spectrum, I'll add my thoughts as a contrary opinion. I thought this collection of stories worked rather well as a lighthearted read. Everything was very sweet. The plots were quite simple and fitting for short stories, and there was no excessive drama. The pacing was nice, and the characters were loveable. While I probably won't remember much about it, at the same time it didn't leave me feeling bored or as if I'd wasted time reading it. It differs from others in that it achieves its sweet quality from a realistic approach and not one which tries so hard to be cute and romantic that you feel detached from the characters and their lives and relationships. Your heart flutters from the little things. While each story ends with a nice feeling of completion, I do feel that there is some unexplored potential in each. But it's hard not to feel a little cheered and uplifted after finishing these volumes.
It has it's moments...a few.

Overall, the collection is not worth time and money. Certain stories -either not mentioned at all in the above blurb, or not mentioned correctly- have elements in their plots that I liked, and the art certainly helped develop the story, but they are the exception to the majority. I didn't quite like the loose style of art and the cluttered feel to the background. The small 'asides' were too long and too plentiful; they became tiresome to read. The rest of the plots are all very average and not hitting on too much psychological depth, but they hold together at least.
I recommend from the first volume, chapter 5 "The Sky is Clear But the Tide is High" and chapter 4 from the second volume, "More Kiss." The first has a loveable character that is very much like CLAMP's Suki. (But not nearly as well developed.) The second one just a little slice of angst. Yum! The first volume also has an believable little extra about how a couple could discover by accident that they like a little soft bdsm.
