A pair spend a day at the aquarium and explore the different fishes, while one of them muses about their secret feelings for one another. Two young people dealing with their ambiguous relationship.
Oneshot (Complete)

A story of two souls destined in love but separated by the invisible barrier of propriety and fear; they cradle their hidden feelings close as the fragile and precious things that they are. It's bittersweet but not terribly depressing as it leaves things open enough that one can still imagine the possibility of a happier outcome for them.
This manga is short and sweet, but so lovely with the subtle ways in which it portrays their hidden feelings. I love the symbolic '[prehistoric] fish that must long for water' reference to their deep and unfulfilled hidden love, and the zen thought 'In order to simply encounter a person (in a meaningful way) you need to have passed by them 3000 times in the past (that is, in past lives)', that gives their presence in each others lives that much more depth when you consider it on the level of two souls finally coming together.
(Note: the phrase above is my interpretation of what was written in the manga. It differs from what was actually written in the manga, which I believe was incorrectly translated into English, but I could be wrong.)
Also, the art in this is gorgeous and perfect for the story being told. Recommend!
I couldn't stop thinking "how interesting" when they were going through the fish and was curious about the thoughts on one in particular. At the end it all made perfect sense. This manga is rather melancholic, but it's definitely high on my 'will read again' list for a multitude of reasons; art, story progression (little though it may be) and deep.
This oneshot is not just one, that comes up with pretty drawings and well designed characters, but also with a deep atmosphere. I got just sucked in and caught up in the short glimpse given by the author, while slowly realizing the longing that is represented. It's a great read, considering the short range given and the good use that was made of it. A rare one, that stays in mind.
the gorgeous artwork work real well in conveying the barrier between those two. it bring a melancholic view on their relationship, however since they are already 'lucky' to be able to be together, there's hope they can speak frankly to each other.
I love how subtle the incestuous tones are in this oneshot. It's not until the last few pages that you realize what's going on. I really like how we only get to see these small bits and pieces of moments in their lives. As the audience, we don't get the whole story, but really, we don't need the whole story to appreciate what's going on. It's lovely and I love how this oneshot captures the feelings and thoughts of the main girl.
somehow i didn't get it, i would like to but.
all i got out of this manga was fishes names and facts.
i don't blame this on the author or anything about the manga, its all my simple mind!
I JUST DON"T GET!! frustrating!
but the drawing was read good 😀
The art in this one-shot is phenomenal. I definitely have no complaints about that! The depth of the emotions and characters is also splendid. Mi-Kyung Yoon says things and shows things in unique ways, really using every panel on every page to spin a web of emotions and thoughts. However, I felt this one-shot focused a little too much on the characters' feelings. There really wasn't any story here. It comes off more as a snapshot of two characters' lives. Which isn't necessarily bad, mind you, it's a beautiful thing... but it leaves me wanting more.
I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for this artist's other works.
This is the first time I've read something like this. The art is amazing, but the plot is just amazing. But I can't say there really is a plot though, it's more of a snippet of someone's life. It's more like a poem that's represented through a manwha. It's very different and is perfect as a one-shot.
it's great, it gave me a nice feeling. draws: GREAT/ plot: nice!
awww would like it to be longer but it's fine as a one-shot 'cuz the feeling wouldn't be the same!
READ IT! it's not a must but read it when you're bored or you want to read something light n_n
this is awesome. i read this long time ago and whenever i see the print, i read this again. the art is simply awesome. the story pacing is just right. the ending will either leave you asking for more but it's enough that it explained what's really going on between the two protagonist.
