Description

Quite nice read, I love the art and the politics. The plot is rather enticing. It’s a pity the romance is so badly paced.
There are a lot of plots, sub plots and characters. It's hard to tell which ones are important to remember and which are not. There's plenty of drama and "misunderstandings" bc of course there would be. But I don't know. I think I like the FL but I can't decided on the ML yet.
I'm tired of these monosyllabic MLs who are incapable of expressing anything beyond "I like the female lead" but then don't respect her wishes not to pursue the relationship. Completely bulldozing over her protests and ignoring how she, as both a woman and member of a lower class, will be treated due to the ML's own insistence of expressing his feeling for her ain't cute. Overall, I am finding the story boring and there is nothing unique about it

The FL is painted as a self-made socialite but I've yet to see her do anything herself. ML is a bit 2D, with a dash of sexual frustrations. At this point, I'm starting to like second ML more. The first season flew by without too much happening so I don't quite know if I like the story. So far, it's interesting enough to keep me reading though.

Fun so far. I do wish that writers could come up with a way to signal that someone is sexually attracted to someone else that is NOT having them blush and then writing “badump” over their chests. That makes sense for a 13 year old or a very first kiss. For sexually-experienced, grown adults, it would be nice if they could come up with something more appropriate to the characters. It’s the difference between “likes sex” and “is scared of sex.”
There aren't even that many chapters but dang it's like every chapter is a cliffhanger lol. That being said, the art's really pretty, the FL and ML are both characters you just wanna cheer for, and the villains are certainly antagonistic.
That the ML already likes the FL so much and that they've really got chemistry is nice to see - I like the romance in this webtoon.
