The romance progression was good, but the whole thing is just plain funny! The most hilarious BL I've ever read.

Heavy on Comedy, Light on Romance

If you're looking for a romantic BL manga, you may not be interested in this one. The cover might even be deceiving given that it's mostly 4-koma and not what most of the art looks like.

I rarely laugh out loud when I read manga. Usually I smile a little or grin, but this manga had me gasping for breath because of laughing so hard. I would have to pause for a bit to regain my composure. Like OmNom's review says, otaku culture plays a large role in the comedic themes, so if you're familiar with it, you'll enjoy it a lot more.

The characters are bizarre and quirky, and I found myself fond of all of them. There's only one volume, but ample amounts of time are spent on each pair. When I reached the end I felt legitimately sad that I won't be able to read more about them.

If you're alright with some non-serious BL, I highly recommend at least trying this one out. It's definitely one of my favorites.

Oh boy this manga was a riot xD I totally did not expect a whole BL book that's entirely in 4koma form, and yet it completely surpassed whatever I thought was coming. Love the incredible humour, and the observant depictions of otaku culture, which were also very funny. Don't hold your breath for great character development or well written romance progression, though, because the focus here is gags, and solely gags. It deliberately picks up BL stereotypes to makes jokes out of them, so you will find in here quite a few tropes that are common in a vast majority of BL manga.
