I didn't perceive this as lolicon. The girl does call him "darling", but as far as I'm concerned I think the locksmith had nothing but fatherly feelings for her.
Anyway this was an OK oneshot.

This one shot is more likely a seinen than a shoujo.The girl is adorable ,but mature and smarter than her age should be...though its weird, i can't stop myself from thinking of lolicon, lol
