Interesting concept. A strict boss (hot female, 28, clearly crushing on the guy) and her subordinate (27, overworked employee, secretly nursing a crush) both get time-leaped back into highschool. It starts from the guy's perspective, and he makes some decent moves to change himself, and his regrets, like confessing to his senior (the girl).
The problem is that the guy is a total waste of space and has super low self-esteem ALONGSIDE his density of a black hole. It's an interesting premise, and I actually quite like the FMC's character, but the issue is that that they both pretty quickly find out they're both time-leapers, which I would actually really appreciate in just about any other manga, and at that point everything completely stalls. The MC 1000% backslides, immediately treats her only as his boss, becomes a self-effacing loser in all ways, and is in fact now worse than before he time-leapt. The FMC, due to being a tsundere, also has the same issue. Now that she knows he's also back in time, she can't get over her embarrassment and can no longer show her feelings (aka be lovey dovey). I guess that before she was willing to act lovey-dovey because he confessed to her, which is what she always wanted, so it was just her showing her true feelings, but now she knows he's the same coworker she's known and not just his past self, it's too embarrassing for a 28YO to do (I suppose).
So she loses her backbone, and he surgically removes his own along with his testicles. The worst part is that she's shy/embarassed, and can't get over it, but he has completely lost all of his motivation to change and improve. Theoretically the characters could both show character growth (she gets over her tsundere-ness, he stops being a waste of space), but I have zero interest at this time. Apparently the story is complete at 3 volumes, so I might comeback in a few years, spoil myself on the ending, then read it. But as of now, no way.
Such a shame too, because a couple of the core concepts of the plot really interest me. Two people who might make a cute couple BOTH time leaping is pretty cool, and the fact that they find out about each other sounds fantastic on paper! (Too bad it's just handled in the worst way)
