@strixflash. This is a "prequel" before TDG story happened, it happen in different domain (world/Universe)..Also this isnt rushed It was started in 2013-2014. After he finish this work, he made TDG as Sequel. Because its not fully translated yet, ppl started reading TDG before this..

Not worth it! Author abruptly ended the series to start a new novel!!

When we start reading a story we expect to see a conclusion...a satisfying end. The author of this series rushed the ending. He promised that he would continue the story on his next novel. So far he hasn't fulfilled his promise. Plus according to Chinese readers he again started a new novel instead of focusing on Tales of Demons and Gods. Two series and yet the same fate. Author isn't really trustworthy.

As far as this novel goes...it's hardly worth reading. 50 chapters and the entire plot could be summed up in one paragraph.
