Kouda, a rookie actor, has someone in his theater troupe he deeply admires.
One day, Chihaya, the object of his admiration, invites him out for drinks. By the end of the night, they’re on a first-name basis, and Kouda finds himself falling deeply for Chihaya.
However, as his relationship with Chihaya flourishes, Kouda’s acting rehearsals start to falter. On the day of the performance, Kouda arrives late and sees Chihaya performing the lead role in his place, realizing he’s been deceived all along.
“Led by this light, I ended up here.”
Even so, Kouda’s feelings for Chihaya remain. Years later, now a seasoned actor, Kouda auditions for a play starring Chihaya.
This is a stage drama woven by the overly devoted Kouda and the fallen Chihaya.
