Well isn't this doujinshi just the most precious thing. Every single character is adorable, showering Hinata with the love and care that he deserves. I suspect a lot of the lower ratings came from people salty that there weren't more explicit KageHi interactions, which is another level of bad taste because Kageyama and Hinata actually had plenty of cute and meaningful moments here, they're just more subtle and not the in-your-face kind of obvious. I also love the chibi art a lot.

Art, narrative, story-telling, framing and characterization are all nicely executed and well done (also very adorable).
But more importantly, KageHina will be the death of me. This level of cuteness is just *words fail me*
and seeing Kageyama head over heels for Hinata is just *words fail me, again*
