Episodes 1-24 felt average (a 7/10) with your typical superpower protagonist fighting against bad guys (despite wanting to only live a normal life. His sense of justice prevents him from doing so, much to his chagrin LOL)
Episodes 25 and onwards was a 9/10 with a lot of interesting commentary on society, the judicial system, vigilante and mob mentality, as well as different perspectives on the law. It gets a lot more in depth on the characters and what motivates them to do certain things, which made the story much more interesting.
The ending was a bit too concise but wraps things up overall.
Spoilers: Wished there was more of a conclusion as to what happened to Mok (eg: does he successfully go to the moon?) and also wished for a better resolution / consequences for how he played everyone.
As for Jeong our antagonist, his end was wrapped up too concisely. He turned out to be a more intriguing character than your typical villain at first (with his desire for proof of his superiority being the driving factor for all his villainous deeds)
However, his death just had him falling flat, both literally and figuratively. If only there was more character development or exploration of his character...like would he feel a loss of purpose in life after he defeated our protagonist Kim Ibak? What if he realized his never-ending pursuit of proof of superiority was transient and only brought him dissatisfaction in life? What kind of a person would he become after such realizations? Would he become a better person or would he remain in denial and become more villainous and seek justification for his previous actions? We'll never know.
In summary, the second half of the story brought my expectations up for this webtoon, only for it to end a little too concisely, although it's not bad in general.
