Description

As a child, Makoto is sold off to a rich pedophile to pay his parents' debt. Even though his life is like this, there is one spot of light - his friendship with Shuuichi, the master's son. But why lately does it seem that Shuuichi is growing more and more distant from Makoto?

I like this art style a lot!! The story was a bit rushed and Makoto's parents fate was too unjustified.
The old man was super disgusting!!!
Shuuichi conveniently won a lot of money from his computer programming... meh.
The sexy final scene was cute, I like their body types.

I was researching for more if this artist and found she is RAZU YOROI, the same of all those old King of Fighters doujinshi. Also, this artist seems to be involved in some Devil May Cry doujinshi of JPEG circle, but I cannot confirm yet.

Dark story...nice!

I liked the plot and how angsty it was...I actually LOVE master-slave stories, so that's what motivated me into reading this...
What I didn't like much was the father's part. I know it's supposed to be short enough to only make us hate him but not have to see anything more, but still, it WAS too much for me.

Makoto was a little too whiny. I don't like submissive ukes, it would've been better if he was the rebel type that keeps his rage to himself but is secretly furious.
Shuuichi is the kind of seme I love, that would do anything for his love and yet has that bad boy look.

Oh, and although I did like the art a lot, the sex scene was a little too dirty for me. Strange how I can read much worse and this one really got to me in a strong way...

I thought it was pretty good, and don't worry you hardly see anything with Makoto and the father, maybe like a page or two.

However, you do get quite a smexy scene at the end between Makoto and the son ;)

If you liked Bird in A Cage by Sasaki Ayumi

WOW! This one is dark and yet heart warming. The story is similar to Bird in A Cage, in that a child is sold into sexual slavery, becomes friends with the unsuspecting son of the purchaser, and is moved deeply by his kindness. The difference is in the ultimate ending choices of the son and the slave.

I recommend this one for those who like their BL a little dark and angsty, with a very harsh situation.

The art was beautiful and the scanlation was professionally done.

I think this started out with potential, but... it was a little too sick for me. I'm fine with shota for the most part, but this... It was gross seeing some old guy slobbering over this poor kid. The way the mangaka depicted it was definitely disturbing.

But the ending was "happy" so it's not completely unreadable.

Well, the art is detailed, but not really my thing, and the story had an interesting basic structure but wasn't really executed that well. I like the idea, if not the follow up. If you like master servant relationships and man-damsels in distress, then you'll probably like this one, if not, I wouldn't recommend it.
