Second-year student Yamato Nissei spends his days lazing around, unable to find anything he'd be interested in. Though he's on great terms with his friends, he isn't doing all that well otherwise, having just gotten fired from his new part-time job. He also takes part in the board game club just to sleep. But just as he’s thinking about how his youth is slipping away, he encounters a natural enemy a girl and his life takes a sudden turn for the unexpected.
