Art is very basic and not super well drawn, but good enough that it's not an issue. At least not as much as everything else. Starts off like 6/10 whatever. Weird gimmick, not great dialogue, par for the course. Leaving aside the exceedingly convenient (even by manga standards) methods by which mc becomes op, the side characters introduced are top tier weirdos. I guess its done by the author to make the manga stand out from others or something (because other than that it's so vanilla that its blandness is almost interesting), but for instance, one of the first side characters is a girl that has bunny ears, dresses up in a playboy bunny outfit, kills people if they don't give her carrots, has a catchphrase of "carrot or die" or some stupid shit like that, and just overall has the mannerisms and dialogue of a child or mentally disabled individual, all while exuding a degree of sexiness and making the occasional dick/carrot pun about eating MC's "carrot". And this mess is so major a side character that you could almost consider her a main character. And somehow it's still boring, and mc cries everytime he's so much as not treated like shit. And every chapter is just the same grind, different item. I'm falling asleep just writing this

Stupid MC

I think the concept of getting all kinds of everyday item drops from dungeons had potential, but the execution was off. Specifically, the MC is incredibly stupid, and that detracts from everything.

Minor spoilers about the MC follow:

The MC has S-Rank strength, but all he does is punch things, which often does not work. Why does he not couple his absurd strength with an actual weapon? Even cavemen realized that they could multiply their attack power many times over by using clubs! Even animals, like chimpanzees, have been known to pick up sticks and swing them around!

He found a ring that doubles drops. Rather than using it to multiply his incredibly blessed drops, he instead gave the ring to a girl who has poor drop blessings. If he just wanted to give the girl a gift, the he could have used the ring himself to greatly accelerate his growth, increase his power, and acquire a large sum of money to purchase a much greater gift for the girl.

More Ways This Flops

The criticisms leveled against this manga by the previous reviewers are accurate, so it saves me a lot of work, but... there are some other quirks that just don't make sense.

The art, for example, seems to be done by someone who didn't want to do this manga. There are some well done scenes, and what goes wrong with most of the scenes changes randomly. It's like the skill-set is there, but never fully utilized in different ways. This creates a below average quality and consistency with the line art.

Why I think the artist doesn't want to draw this? There's a scene where a background woman is given some attention, and she looks good. Really good. And then when introducing a new member to the MC's harem a few panels later, the art goes right back to subpar character design and quality.

It's like the artist intentionally wanted to show the opposite of tell, because the harem member, despite looking objectively and significantly worse, is praised as a stunning beauty by the characters.

Then you get to how the concept of the world running on monster drops is entirely wasted by weakly inplemented melodrama and horrendous writing. At one point there's a competition in a dungeon and I feel like the author has never played even one simple board game with how convoluted, broken and unnecessary the rules and their outcomes are. Like, imagine ordering a pancake for breakfast, watching the chef grill cheese between two pieces of bread, and then getting served a cheap steak dinner. It literally makes that much (or little) sense.

The story refuses to let the MC grow as a character, and if there's a character that needed growing, it's him. Actually, I don't think any of the characters grow except for the guild receptionist who will no doubt be forced back into her original bubble soon.

It's not so distasteful as to give it a 1, but this just isn't a manga worth reading unless you want to rewrite (and draw) the thing from scratch.

Pretty much utter junk

A super long winded title for a progressively stereotypical Japanese wn, now into a poorly drawn (and even worse scanlated) manga. Yeah, this is junk.

The MC is quite possibly the lamest protagonist I have EVER seen. Not only is his face utterly punchable, so is his entire personality. I've never seen such a whiny, depressed, loser. He's been taken advantage of his entire life, to the point that literally every flashback you just go 'wow, IDGAF, I'm glad you died'. His face is in the dictionary for 'beta protagonist'. At one point, his first waifu gets stronger, and he promptly spends a chapter bemoaning on how he's not needed by her anymore, and that he's just a pathetic human. Typical loser attitude, basing his self-image upon how much he's needed, and also begrudging his friend getting stronger.

In addition to that, the story itself is a mess. The MC, after gaining max stats in HP, then works on STR. And yet when he gets to 'A' rank (i.e., the strongest anyone in the entire world has even seen, even though he/we know S rank is higher), and being able to punch out giant gorilla monsters, he... gains a gun. Yes, this pure fantasy world, where every type of food and animal and plant are dropped from monsters, with no technology to speak of... he gets a gun.

After which he forgets that he can punch things, and proceeds to shoot everything with his limited ammunition. Even things that take multiple bullets (which DON'T take multiple punches). It's like if Saitama or Superman decided to use a gun. Pointless.

The harem that surrounds him is also pretty low quality. There's also some utterly ridiculous parts that the MC interacts with that are just... stupid. At one point he comes across a princess (loli) who has people literally bottling the AIR from defeated monsters so they can sell it. It's like selling her bathwater. And the MC praises her because she's loved by so many! (once again taking the time to reference a terrible flashback moaning about how he wasn't appreciated because he's a pathetic human being).

Ignoring all the downsides with the story, the translations are SUPER inconsistent unfortunately. This part isn't against the story, but it's something as a reader you should be aware of. There are too many translations groups that pick up and subsequently drop the story, not even bothering to match terms with prior groups, and the formatting (both font and picture quality) is TERRIBLE half the time. Makes reading it even harder.

TL;DR: Terrible story, worst MC i've ever seen, lame harem, bad art, all compounded by multiple groups TLing it makes this utter junk. Skip.
