Description
The world has advanced and genetic manipulation is now an industry. Among the people living in the wreckage of a flooded city, there are heterogenic individuals called "Chimera carriers". The bio-manipulation expert Otokita makes a living altering genomes. He, himself, also carries several chimeric genes and finds people like him who are in precarious situations.
