Description

Top has sex with the bottom when he says no, he initiates sex without consent bcus the bottom is in heat. The top is in his rightful mind and the bottom blatantly does not consent. Also, the top intends to lie to the bottom about finding his bag with his ID and inhibitors to prevent him from being able to leave.

The omega is terrified of him. The ending makes no sense considering the bottom was terrified the entire time. Not to mention, the alpha had the suppressants and could have redeemed himself even a little. But instead he couldn’t stop himself :(

Dylan is not a redeemable character. He comes in like a hero to save the Cheolwoo from annoying customers. Sure, cool... but not only does he trigger Cheolwoo heat, he also sexual assaults him while saying "it's okay, I'm helping you"... Almost didn't give this guy his belongings and assaults him again! I was so shocked by how softly disturbing Dylan was... at the end of the story it's quite odd that he "didn't want to trespass" despite the trauma he's already cause... he was about to Mark poor Cheolwoo without a second thought!

the messed up part

The attacker acted protective after raping the tourist twice. How can he protect his victims from bad guys after what he did. I think he just didn't want the young man to engage in homosexual behavior with anyone one else. Maybe Dylan feels he should be the only one to tap that, since he might have "awakened" him in a twisted way. Maybe the Korean guy only dated girls previously. He looked to be in the 18-21 range, therefore might not have had a lot of romantic relationships.

Dylan hit me as a bit of a loner with a dismal social life. Probably has not had sex in a long time, but that does not excuse him violating the young man. The twisted part is the young man hinted he still wants to have sex with Dylan at the climax of the story.

The premise of the story is that the uke gets trapped on Tomorrow Island because he loses his bag with his passport in it. Um. Go to the embassy, dude.

So now he’s working (presumably illegally) at the local drugstore! Enter the milkman...

This story is so bad. I know omegaverse is frequently used so people can write rape in a way where the rapist can later be a good guy, and I don’t hate it for that, but this story isn’t even trying.

The seme has enough wherewithal to be discussing things with the uke in a rational manner, but he somehow just can’t help himself. Then he decides that he doesn’t want to. Ugh. No. Maybe I would still be able to forgive this if any of the other writing was good, but it’s not. Top it all off with mediocre art and you’ve got a lose-lose.
