Is a manga-style adaptation of the film A New Hope. The series was illustrated by Hisao Tamaki and edited by David Land, and was specifically adapted from the screenplay of the movie by Lawrence Kasdan and George Lucas.
Note: Won the Eisner Award for Best U.S. Edition of International Material in 1999.
