Description
One day, Shiro and his little sister, Koyori, who has been permanently crippled after an accident, download a peculiar game called "Strings Dolls." Whenever you have someone in your camera screen, the game allows you to move them around like a puppet. Shiro and Koyori are filled with joy to realize that this magical game can restore her ability to walk, at least temporarily. However, other people use it for much less noble purposes. I think this manga deserves at least an eight. The plot, though somewhat reminding me of Death Note, was short and sweet. The story itself was dramatic and the perfect length. While the characters are seemingly awfully mature for their ages. It seemed to fit together pretty well and there were no plot holes. It caught my attention from the beginning and was just short enough to keep my elusive eyes on track. All-in-all, a pretty decent manga from my point of view.
The author came up with a really cool idea and very interesting plot points, but the characters are awfully fake. There is not a single one who acts the way a human would naturally act. Even the basic reasoning and logic of some characters is severely off. Other than the horrible characterization, this is a very interesting manga.
i should say that the main concept of this series is quite nice, not too original but great mmm...
but, how the mangaka delivers the story is not quite good mmm...
the story jumps from one scene to another a bit confusing mmm...
maybe he tried to make it simpler so it suit the shounen genre mmm...
