Fascinating Read

As stated in other comments the sorta friendship, sorta enemy bond between Eunyung and Haejoon is a spectacle to watch as they learn to tolerate and understand each other bit by bit. Lots of these characters in the story have troubled childhoods and they navigate their issues in their own ways. We get side arcs for the side characters here and there but a lot of the story revolves around the interpersonal drama that Haejoon and (ESPECIALLY!!) Eunyung get themselves into.

i love the poor representation, so many people just forget how messed up you can end up if you're starved of things humans need (family, a stable life, joy), a majority even end up trying to make it seem like everyone is going to end up as the perfect victim. this manhwa is heavy and i ended up crying for four hours every time i read a new arc. i really like stories where the author isn't afraid of showing how terrible childhoods make destructive people. but this manhwa doesn't crucify them or be preachy. haejoon+eunyung is the best duo in all of fiction

it's fucking great haha. drama tag did not lie
but seriously!! read no home. wanan does an absolutely amazing job at developing mc1 and 2's friendship. they might seem like they fucking despise esch other (They do) but eventually they will despise each other a bit less. it's very satisfying

Please read No Home.
Main characters, side characters and art is great. (albeit sometimes it's frustrating how they think and act and how twisted both the side characters and MC's are).
Comedy webtoon with funny moments but also very serious (and sad) moments featuring two teenagers full of personal issues (not wanting to go home/be home because of different issues).
As of lately (especially with the Thanksgiving arc) the author really knows how to make you feel sad and uneasy with the heavy (well written) dialogue, numerous silent pauses and abstract depictions at times of the characters (e.g. blue tears for Haejoon and red/dark turbulence for Eunyung).
The two MCs are such polar opposites and absolutely hate each other most of the time yet their difference in personalities helps each other to tackle their personal issues in some way or the other...Even if they fight all the time and even if their friendship is toxic at times... I mostly want them both to get therapy for all they have been through at home (especially Eunyung to deal with his type of personality).
I am really surprised this series does not have a psychological tag but the drama tag is very fitting.
Also side note: when I first saw this series I thought it would be BL but man that element would have been perhaps unnecessary since they fight all the time and are dealing with their issues.
I am just eager for the day when these two boys can have a happy ending and stop suffering T___T. However, due to the themes and storytelling I predict that the webtoon will end with them drifting apart, especially if Haejoon goes to university. I am afraid that they will drift apart and have their time together only as a memory of something that happened in their past when they were teens dealing with issues. The reason why I think they will drift apart is because the two only hang out and tolerate each other because of circumstances that brought them together (and circumstances that keeps them together).
BUT I am also hopeful that the story ends with them staying friends in the future and keep supporting each other.
(My writing is based on current start of Eunyung Baek's Home Arc). Edit: this arc has finished and I think that perhaps the author will do a time skip? The authors previous work Room something involved adults as protagonists....the ending doesn't seem that it will include the two MCs staying friends in the future

Almost every character except MC is extremely frustrating. Everybody is selfish and short sighted. I know they’re mostly kids and kids do be that way. Which doesn’t make reading this any easier. I like how they accurately portray the toxicity of Asian parents’ towards the children tho. As someone who comes from a dysfunctional Asian family, I feel understood. The character growths are realistic in that they are slow and will repeat their mistakes or expound on them constantly, so definitely frustrating. But when the characters redeem themselves or improve, it feels very gratifying. Wish it extended to every one of them. Cause I’m at chapter 160 and the blond still irks me.
Psychological slice of life, sometimes sad, sometimes wholesome & cute

Yeah. Also, Haejoon (MC) is my favorite character. The characters in this are very nice and nuanced. I've never read a story quite like it before, it's light-hearted yet sometimes horrific. Kinda weird but the manhwa manages to balance it.

Oh, and dw, the blond kid whose super bratty DOES get better lol. But it takes time, and honestly I wish he and Haejoon would become friends, but there's like A LOT of bad blood between them, yet they both understand each others'circumstabces so well that it seems like a pity that they are always at odds. I found their acquantaince-almost-friendship story really moving. And Haejoon deserves a break, he is so hardworking it's so sad everyone judges him for his scary face! And btw I hate his mom, couldn't she just understand that he doesnt like the ghosts and are confused/disturbed by them?! He got bullied in school too, because of her rumors. Not fair.
An amazing Convoluted Story with many characters and most importantly with the Bestest Mom
