Aoshima Goho is an ordinary first-year high school student with no special qualities. He looks ordinary, is athletically inept and has no friends. When he confesses his feelings to a girl, he is promptly rejected, and just when he thinks he's lost his chance, fate strikes: ......! The girl he falls in love with at first sight attracts him to her, and he sets foot in her painting class. There, he meets a mysterious ghost who calls himself "Van Gogh"...?
