A decent high school romance. The pacing is all over the place and characters doesn't have much exposure except for the female lead

The story is your usual school romance between an almost dull character male lead and a Tsundere Female lead. There are quite a decent amount of scenes of wholesome romance between the two couples but that's just not enough to save this manga. The characters even the male lead has almost zero character exposure. He has nothing whatsoever to show us in the entire 40+ chapters. He is the same as he was in the first chapter. The side characters are forgettable and I can assure you that you won't notice them or even remember their names after a bit. The female lead is the only character who got a chance to expose her personality to the readers and even developed. The problem is that they gave made her a shy girl in the 2nd half of the story, and it literally came out of nowhere. The Tsundere part was completely erased and we see a shy, introvert who is trying hard to live with others. This should have been told since the 2nd volume of the story. Instead these all were stuffed into the last few volumes which made the pacing totally out of the place.

Good but a bit bland

First off let me say that I like how this series handles Tsundere. I hate tsundere characters in most manga because frankly I think they act completely unrealistic. Two series where I think the tsundere girls actually seem (mostly) realistic however are Toradora and this series. Yuiko is just a girl who's not very good at expressing herself, she doesn't do stupid stuff like beat up the main character for every little slight.

While the realism is one large good ing for the series, it does come with a downside as well. Things just aren't really that exciting. This is primarily a slice of life story and as a result there's not much driving the series besides the characters hanging out. Which is fine for the most part but some chapters are just dull. If you were hoping for some drama you'll probably be disappointed. Still recommended but I do wish something more would happen.

One more minor issue, there was a couple times where I got two characters confused due to similar designs. I think they could have used a little more differences with some of the minor characters. Yuiko's sister for example looks so much like her I get them confused.

Yuiko-san is so adorable

The female leads gradual transformation form tsuntsundere to tsunderedere is simply adorable, not only that but it feels like that would be how it would happen in real life (supposing tsundere girls really exist)
Well, I like that even though she initially tries to hide their relationship, she never denies her affection for the male lead not even to herself.

And thankfully there is no beating up the male lead when embarrassed trope, though she does use some harsh words when embarrassed she always apologizes and or makes up for it.

On the topic of the male lead.....

.... meh, I don't hate him and he isn't wishy-washy about his feelings, best of all he is not dense
