A really sweet story that realistically portrays the anxieties and hurdles of a relationship between two characters with a large age gap. Very wholesome and heartwarming.

Yeah it's still BL with the occasional predictable plot devices, but this manga feels strangely relatable and quite realistic with its portrayal of how a relationship is formed and progresses. The fact that the main character is of a mature and experienced age helps I think - he isn't your shy and meek virgin boy squirming at the feel of a touch; he actively seeks for pleasure when given the chance like a normal human being, acts his age when being confronted with the propects of a relationship, and has worries that are actually relatable in real life. The conflicts between the couple weren't blown out of proportion just for the sake of dramatics; they deal with them in a believable way that you can actually picture real people do. Definitely a nice surprise for me.

The oneshot at the end on the other hand is completely average and forgettable; it's more like a filler for the tankoubon rather than anything of substance. Oh well.
