The story follows the MC as he goes about creating his business empire in a fantasy world.
As the subject says this story is very plot heavy and has very little in the way of character development; neither growth or character relations. There is also the problem that when the MC gets into a major pinch it's contrivance that gets him out of it. The story would have been much better if the pace of his business development was slowed down and spent more time with the different characters as they went about growing the business. As it is, the pacing has the MC do 2-3 things to set the business up, then "a few months later" time jump with a successful business.
The art isn't great but isn't bad. The few female character designs are ok, but most of the male ones feel rather generic.

Overall: 2 of 5 - The plot line is somewhat interesting, but the lack of any character depth or development make this a subpar story.
