Junketsu Otome to Unicorn is a rom-com about the saint Mariashi living in a tower outside the city and a unicorn who can talk. Mariashi, who has not been able to leave her tower, longs to see the world outside. One day she finds a novel in her bedroom, left by residents of the previous generation. The more she reads this book, the more she longs to see the world outside. She leaves her tower alone. From there on her relationship with the unicorn changes.
