I personally found this manga to be enjoyeable,
For example
When the manager of rose gives hwr the card to join his club, and she does, you would expect her to be the best at the club because they said he saw talent in her. However, once she goes to the club, she baiscally needs to relearn everything from step one because she sucks so bad. At one point she made fun of at a bar and is forced to lick the shoes of a madonna bitch. I liked the idea of using that humiliating event as one of the driving forces of her wanting to improve herself.
What i wished they could do was make the parents somewhat more likeable. I understand that they were shit parents. But it would have been nice if they took the Bojack Horseman route, that being that while the parents are generally assholes, they did have moments where you could see them not being destructive. But if we were going for realism in this manga, we would need to make mc into somewhat of a asshole, as a result of their parents abuse.
Chapter 16 was interesting
Chapter 18 was really sweet
Chapter 23 ending was funny
Chapter 24 gave my stomach some butterflies ( if im using term correctly) what she did was honestly so cute
Chapter 29,30,31 felt very unnecessary, like what the hell man, that was so sudden, regardless i liked how it was resolved, i hope mc still talks to
sayuri afterwards despite her being gone
Chapter 35 revealed something interesting
Chapter 40 and 41 made me feel sad tbh
Chapter 44-47 were fucking terrible, like dont read them, long story short, it feels like NTR despite it trying to show how she is her own independent woman, for more details about what happened, the spoiler here explains
the guy tries to fuck her, fails, tells kakuru, then he asms mc is that true. She says yes and she makes up a fake excuse that she only does soap for the money nothing else, she tells him that she finds purity fags annoying (despite him telling her that he is not a purity fag and explaining his own backstory to her about his feelings about the sex industry, despite at the time him not knowing that she was working in said industry.)she runs away. Later she at the soap place, the guy comes back, she starts with him, says to him that the reason why he is always aggressive to women is because he must have a trauma of them. Which they flash back to him being raped by his sister in law. While fucking mc is dominating essentially whereas guy is just sitting there getting his dickem pumped by her pussy. After cumming inside the condom he leaves, the girl is happy because she got a customer finally due to her not getting lower ratings on the amount of clients that each host brings. Then it cuts to the guy messaging a person who asks if "he has shagged her yet" to which he messages back yes, but then he says to himself outloud that he will never come back to that establishment again and he still fucks her, Like i get she got the last laugh but god, why would you fuck this fucker, its like ntr. God i hate ntr.
Regardless a really good read,
The only issue i have reading this, is that while you see the mc flourish and such, at the end of the day, the are only going this far to just get money from the patrons, i understand that this is how they survive in the world, but remembering that they are not exactly doing these things from the bottom of their hearts and wont really do anything for the person if they have no cash, despite having a connection with them, it just makes me feel a bit depressed
