Same old same old

Guy who starts weak beomces op, despite him being consider a villain, he a nice guy unless his friends are hurt, then he becomes super edgelord 9000 who has the ability tocleave everyone in half.

Its just cringe tbh, but if u like isekai, i guess this is one of the better ones out there. I do not know, i dont like isekai tbh

Getting very tired of the chapters getting shorter each release. Probably be dropping soon.

Interestingly, I never had an issue with Lefi's archaic English, and even preferred it. But, that's an aside.

It's a neat story that actually bothers to develop the romance between two characters and do it over time and in a way that feels natural.

Beyond that, it's a decent slice-of-life that isn't too serious but can bring in a serious scene or scenario without much trouble in execution.

And the main character's previous life experience, while never elaborated upon, does have a significant impact on his decisions, which is more than I can say for most isekai.

Not the absolute best story, but definitely worth a read.

Really simple, very shounen, but cute characters, and hopefully the romance goes somewhere.

For whatever reason, the translation was retarded with warped english that is supposed to sound old or something but just ends up sounding stupid. Once that's out of the way, it's a decent manga. Stories like these might be easier to read in manga format because it's faster to read, less details and less time to care about annoying or stupid parts. Still, the novel is decent as well as long as you can ignore the initial stupidity. A so-so story, worth reading but not much more.

Most of it is just your average Isekai worthy of a 7 or 8... but one of the main characters speech or the way the translator has chosen to write the characters words is like an old kind of english were they speak like this quote "if't thee giveth me somehting b'ring, then wont f'rgive thee!". that's an exact quote from the charactrer and they speak like that all the time, it's super annoying since the character is in every chapter and is very important to the story and when i read the latest chapter (chapter 10) i found myself saying "fuck off" cause the pronunciation of the characters words are soooo damn cheesy and seem extremely forced.

Update, for some reason in chapter 11 the character speaks normally... not sure what happened, maybe complaints were heard and the translator decided to stop the old english thingy, which means that after chapter 10 it's a 7 or 8 in rating, how am i suppose to rate it now? ill keep it at a 6 because the first chapters will reflect a 6 but i hope that anyone that finds this review knows that it gets better after chapter 10 so just though it through.
