The art is top-notch and it serves the comedy well, but that's all there is to it. The fight scenes are meaningless and hold no stakes, and the story is equally meaningless. It launches straight into a tournament arc just to introduce the characters, and the "hook" (Siegfried being a rape-happy spirit possessing our hapless heroine) is thrown out the window almost immediately when he just turns into a knock-off Stand.

So, the story is just crazy. Like they don't want to make sense, but they're owning it.
