Description
"Kindly move out within 6 months." Masachika Fujimaki, the new apartment manager, makes this sudden declaration to the tenants of Wisteria Manor. Overall a very light, fun, and warm read. The ensemble cast is great, and their chemistry is undeniable. This is the sort of story that proves you don't need a complicated plot to write great stories; sometimes the simplest thing can turn out just fine under skilful expertise. Oh the art is also good too, and I love the chibi drawings.
First and foremost, I hated Chika's hair. Disturbing.
Everything else was pretty good, I liked the story and I felt that each character had their own unique personality. However, it could have been better if the author hadn't taken the decision of having several chapters of nothing happening and then thickening the plot towards the end, like usual.
To sum up, the manga is Ok.

When i see this kind of ukes i want them to make the first move, it turned out well, better than expected. The seme was very nice too , kinda innocent lol i loved the whole thing, very light hearted and sometimes funny and cute. Nice short read. The art and their looks were a plus (more like the uke's looks)

It was soooo close to becoming a favourite of mine. And then, during sex Chika suddenly comes out and says he's liked Kuraya all along. I HATE IT WHEN THEY DO THAT! It's so typical and unexciting.
Extremely disappointed that my awesome new find was ruined at the final hurdle.
Though I spose I shouldn't be surprised, most of them are!!
Ah well, on the whole though it was fun, romantic and refreshing. The art was nice, the characters were good and I would definitely recommend it.
It would have been nice to find out what happened between the other emerging couple though.

First, I have to say I loved all the characters together! Every single one worked so well with the rest!
I was also thrilled when Kei turned out to be the seme and Chika the uke. I love me some stoic uke. And that scene where Chika was lifted off his feet was pretty dang hot.
The whole thing was so much fun. I'd recommend it for a light read.

xD Chapter 2... that guy hit him with a gremlin roflmao. Somehow i found that amazingly funny...*guffaw* Anyway this is really funny, really cute and quite adorable at times. I really really enjoy this sort of manga, and it really had me enraptured. Oh how i wish for more *grin*
Anyway top marks for art and for the cuteness, story could have been a bit more interesting in places but overall was also very good. I also loved how i totally didn't guess the pairs individual positions until Chika pretty much announced it o__o i coulda sworn it'd be the other way around but hey, i like surprises XD

I really enjoyed this manga! It´s different from the cliche yaoi storys, the plot isn´t just evolving around the main couple but all the tenants have an equal share.
The characters are loveable and the art is unique! I specially like Masachika, he has the coolest expression and I just loved his face from every angle!
