Tasteful age gap

The age gap is the core of the story and for once, it's delivered tastefully.
The youngest isn't some kind of emotional angsty self centred brat but rather an independent youth who can delay his own gratification. The oldest isn't some pushover sacrificial whiner but rather a mid-twenty who tries his best with his circonstances and moves on.
This is very slice of life, extremely pleasant read.
I wish we could have a 10 years later sequel.

it would be even better if it was properly translated but unfortunately translation is a no-no. It's been a long time since I came near such a messy work. Grammar sucks, sentences are full of mistakes so dialogues sometimes doesn't make any sense. It's sad, cause the characters are likeable and plot is interesting, also the younger boyfriend is really cool and mature guy. The art is quite good, not superb but nice. BUT translation issue somehow killed the fun. I mean - you can't really enjoy the story if you're constantly asking yourself "what was that? what the hell did he said? or rather what this sentence supposed to look like?" or "who said this? and who said that?". I can't get an objective image of this story. I bet this manga is much better in original version. I mean it's rather good even with shitty translation but... well, you were warned.

Absolutely Not Bad at all! I had expected ordinary things, but I get something bit different and I liked it a lot!

the Older Uke finally confessed his past feelings to his friend through phone and his friend being understanding. Even from their flashback alone, the fact the friend was almost kiss him in High School, but it was the protagonist who rejected the action was already different from Past Gay One-side Love.

This series deserved more volumes. The seme, Maya, was so perceptive, so kind, so skillful in his approach, I loved reading every scene in which he interacted with his love interest, Kogawa. We didn't get to read his back-story and we missed out on a lot of amazing fluffiness because this manga was so short but still, it was apparent to me as a reader that this story was a pure masterpiece. A better love-story that Sekaichi Hatsukoi, no joke. 10/10

It started off promising, but never truly got anywhere. The otp didn't have any meaningful interactions other than maybe that first meeting. I didn't understand why Mikuni fell in love with Kogawa and vice versa. There was middling chemistry between them at best. There was no hint at all during that first meeting that either of them were attracted to one another, then all of a sudden, there's a love confession and I was reeling. This manga could've really used a pov chapter for Mikuni. Something showing him thinking about Kogawa during his day-to-day and slowly realizing his attraction, so then it wouldn't be weird for him to suddenly show up at Kogawa's store. Anyway, for me this manga is very mediocre. Even the sex scenes were boring. I do not recommend it.

I really liked the seme for being so dependable and understanding to his lover. However, it made me feel really frustrated as half of the story was related to the uke’s old crush - the main relationship didn’t develop at all until the end of chapter 3. I just don’t get why the uke was pathetically attached to his old crush, which made it unfair for the seme. Therefore, it would have been much better if there had been more development in their love, without concerning the uke’s past.
