One day, Alan—a writer—meets a young woman named Marie who was attacked by this street slasher. As they grow closer, Alan discovers a terrifying secret about his new friend. This is a story about love and the reincarnation of vampires.

First 2 chapters hits my fetish
This contains two sibling stories. The first two chapters are the main story and the third is a one-shot (the fourth is extras). They are both decent, and are about conflict within the relationship - in the second, it's twins with sibling rivalry, in the first it's incestuous love (which is never consummated, but the feeling is a driving force behind the events in the story).
They are both on the better side of OK, and have some unusual ideas, but they weren't particularly memorable.
