The story of three protagonists living in the world of Traces and Troubles.
(This version of Trace was written and drawn by another webtoon author)
16 Chapters (Complete)

Firstly, the original Trace was a magnificent story with a pretty original story (aside from super powers, but those exist in 75+% of manga). Trace 1.5 isn't living up the the original, as most sequels don't, but it's still not that bad. Now we get this, Trace: Perfume, which is by an entirely different artist/writer named Kim Dazzi. The artwork is way different and is atrocious IMO (Trace had a more... gritty feel to it, for lack of better words). Seems like this artist is trying way too hard. Backgrounds seem like pictures with characters drawn in on them (i.e. the first chapter with the trees) or are always unnecessarily blurry. Since I've only read the first chapter, I can't say too much. From what I've seen so far, it may as well be a different story. Not to mention that the dialogue towards the end for the first chapter is really dumb sounding (of chapter 1, of course). Maybe it's just me, but this prequel (well, it's more like a knock-off) wont even be 10% as good as the first. I'll read a few more chapters, but if this crapfest continues I'd encourage those who are fans of the original Trace to skip this.
